well yeah, she had the help of Mikhail/Michael mostly, imo. But what amazed me is the contrast she has with big brother Nier in Replicant; one saved humanity cause didnt want to stay with her arms crossed and the other one didn't care about that for the sole purpose of saving her little sister. man i love this universe and it's stories.
Technically, in the timelines in which Mikhail dies while she remains alive, she also gives up on the world, as she can't conceive how any world could allow someone as Mikhail or Michael die. That's what One inherited for her. Her need for logic and purpose in a life that refused to give her any meaning or explanation.
This song fits the protagonist of the manga "Mieruko-chan" too. Her silence is most certainly hers. And her depression won't let her share it as much as she should.
One of the best trailers I have ever seen. Such great dark tone. You can feel the tradgedy which will unfold.

When you realize the true ending isnt the canon ending
When you realize there is no cannon ending... Or any cannon at all. Since multiple universes are a part of the lore, it all is cannon. The concept of "cannon" vs relevant is something good authors try to destroy lol... Who knows, maybe there will be a series of games in the future within this timeline?
@Entropy67 they actually made a book about the real ending of the game that leads Into Drakengard 1.
@@yuyahakari318again, there is no real ending. just because a branch leads to another game doesn't make any of the other endings non canon. for example branch A of DOD3 leads to drakengard 1.3, which still includes caim, angelus, furiae etc, just in very different circumstances. it's just that some branches are more relevant than others

I still havent played it. I just know this is about to come. How it is gonna end. I like the original theme so much. Im excited to hear this during jenova fight. If not, i will love to hear this more calmly and enjoy the joy this game has brought to all of us. It is so similar too. Just beatiful

Makes sense. Kuroi Uta is the Flower's song. This however is the song that represents Zero at her truest core.

A loud silence indeed, she isn't a hero, she didn't have any help or anyone to rely on, but at the end she won and can finally rest, this silence is definitely hers.
She was better than a hero. She was a good person. Behind the anger and the violence was someone who wasn’t going to let everyone else die when she could stop it. It’s easy to be a good person when life is kind to you, it’s so much harder when it’s so cruel that your wish for death is all you have left.

Crazy when you realize the world of Drakengard is the altered real world
This is truly a unique beautiful emotional song, My question is why it was not performed live, all these years... I know it very difficult especially when it comes to the Singer this amazing woman that sings, it will take all her breath to finish it but then again that very breath will become fire in the mouth of the Dragon that will usher in a new Era
The singer, Chihiro, sang this after having surgery on her vocal chords. Now that they healed, she can't sing like this anymore.

My god.. It gave me goosebumps when I found out this was composed by the same composers of "NieR" I love it!
not surprising, the games are linked. hell not just linked, it's a stable time loop. One of the 'joke' endings for the first Drakengard led to the Nier universe being what it is, as it introduced White Maso to a modern day Earth. Then a little bit before the first Nier game the androids managed to use a ritual to sacrifice the rotational energy of the Earth to send all the White Maso ( which was either turning people into salt statues or monsters ) to a different dimension...which happens to be the past of the Drakengard universe. Fun times

What I hear from this song is Zero, finally being able to die. After so many attempts; she could not die with Indigo, she either could not die after killing the man who she lived together with, she could not die EVEN after being killed when caught murdering a lot of people. Then she was just a corpse that would bring despair to the world and end it. This character is doomed, but FINALLY, got the death she deserved.

the ps3 era of gaming was really something else man. idk what it was but something in the air made games built different
don't worry. there are artists still painting beautiful games. yoko taro, the very man responsible for the conception of this Game, created and released NieR:Automata in 2017. and Automata is his greatest work of art yet. artists like yoko taro and the rest who contributed to these games. they're still out there, and they're still giving to us. even if they stop and video games lose their soul that's put into them by their creators, we will still have what they've left behind with us. memories. these games, these life experiences we call games, stay with us. so don't worry, there's more to come as long as yoko taro hasn't had his funeral yet.
It's partially the artstyle, nowadays this kind of graphic seems lost, it's either Pixel Style, cartoon style or super realistic HD Graphics.

You can play this on RPCS3, there's much better perfomance, then on original console. With 60/120 fps and 4k

This is actually in the same series as Nier. Nier started as a Drakengard spinoff. Drakengard 3 is the game depicting the earliest events in the story. Nier Replicant's story starts as a direct result of Drakengard 1's ending

@@anitsingh4499 Always has been worth to play a Yokoverse game :D and it bring so much deep story and detail after playing all in order (Drakengard 3 => drakengard 1 => Nier Replicant => Nier Automata), also there are some event that are in FF14 online that is also canon, would need to have played the whole serie to understand real implication of those event. Also go read Novels too :D (yeah alot to learn^^')
@@wolfsilver8373 you forgot drakenguard 2 (yes it was confirmed as cannon alt story for if you don't get the special ending) but that arguably is more if you liked that world and wanted to see how they where doin.
@@Dragoseye yeah it is canon with the end of Drakengard 1 With Angelus Seal, but for the whole story it isn't^^ BHut Yoko didn't work much on it so they took way too much liberty on the game, you feel way less the influence of Yoko
Be aware that drakengard is different from NieR, play Replicant if you want a similar experience to Automata.
