My friend was trying to find a song called "Some Nights" by an Italian band that was used in a film. He was totally confused by the results. He had never heard of FUN and who the hell was this Cimorelli covering that song. (I told him he'll never find it because of this very song.)

I wasn’t ready for this, I had never seen this show before my Alaskan cruise and this song hit me like a tone of bricks. As a guy I had never truly listened to the words of this song… Hearing this A cappella being sung but men (not by Adel) sent me into a whole nother place that I never knew existed. This brought up memories of a person that I tried to forget, a person who no matter how hard we tired it just never worked, it was never the right time in our lives and wasn’t meant to be. We both knew it, but this song, sung this way sent me back to a time that while enjoyable was also extremely painful because we knew it wouldn’t last. I grit my teeth as hard as I can and say hello from the other side, but I can’t call. The pain will be just too much for me as the time unfortunately will never be right for us.
