The table was from Mechmate.com with our own modified gantry, we used Arduino Uno R3 CNC Shield as controller with external driver adapter to drive nema23, optoisolated, double shielded cable and grounding for emi, we use grbl, fusion360, universal gcode sender, there are lots of references online just be patient, good luck . . . enjoy your journey . . . cheers !

Yes, it is a cost effective way to prevent warpage in sheet metal in conjunction with the correct ampere and speed . . .

It looks like a contact point with the gap properly adjusted in order to produce constant electrical arcs for the machine to operate well

@@the_algerian we do it manually for the meantime but we plan to upgrade with electronic igniter with solenoid valve and temp control

Yes, bought it online, 10 ft

Proper grounding, double shielded control wires and optoisolator with 24 volts for the limit switches and relay but I still got interference, I turned off the limit switches in grbl ($21=0) which solved the problem on emi.

@@nes-t326 Maybe this guy has a solution, I can't put links but search his vid, he explain how he dealt with interference: "CHEAPEST CNC PLASMA - FIXED RFI! Jake von Slatt" Another guy put the controller far away from CNC table on a PVC pipe.. And good job, congratz.
