I had around 70 80 100 at contractuale and midwife dis not talk with me,second time my baby HB were 60 per min..she has died..at 36 weeks..abruption placentă. It was high contraction at 100?they were absent of communication during cheks. Thank you.

Why do we give IV fluid to the mother when the fetus is tachycardic? How does this help?
hey there, as far as i understand, fetal tachycardia means child is stresses, may be not getting enough nutrition or pressure flow in villi. thats why we give mother some fluids and also some glucose, so that if the cause of tachycardia is simply low blood pressure or low sugar, then these resversible causes will be easily cured and ctg will improve. if cause is something nasty, these measures wont help and you will continuously get bad ctg
