    Every planner should look for a real job, because here's the answer. No more corporate ownership of residential property. Prices will fall to affordable rates. No more empty units held by venture capital to artificially inflate the markets... A house is a home. Not a financial asset. Not a governance asset used to compel compliance. Live in it. Or live without it.

    Hi, Thank you for posting wonderful informative video about Architecture degree in Calgary. I am impressed by the course offered by Calgary University. My son is in 12rh grade in Ontario and we are choosing University for him. He achieved 83 % Average. Calgary University requirement seems 85% do you think he has a chance Bechelor Degree Architecture degree admission if apply in Calgary University. Looking forward of your advice or guidance. Thanks

    I like the modular nature, makes it adaptive. I guess it would be on a steel floor with risers. Also, diffused lighting is better for eyes long term. I'd rather see the lip of the bench have a routed recess that makes a grab rail. I like the industrial style of the bathroom rails. The other thing is to enable social connections within the community, after all a productive person is also a happier person.
