My son is in 12rh grade in Ontario and we are choosing University for him. He achieved 83 % Average. I like the modular nature, makes it adaptive. I guess it would be on a steel floor with risers. Also, diffused lighting is better for eyes long term. I'd rather see the lip of the bench have a routed recess that makes a grab rail. I like the industrial style of the bathroom rails. The other thing is to enable social connections within the community, after all a productive person is also a happier person.
