Greetings from India
Good afternoon
Thank you, Dan
Thank you..
The Free Will vs. Determinism debate isn't solvable. It seems like most Christians play a game with the terminology around the subject. We look at it and say we are unable or unwilling to choose to follow God. We were cursed for the sins of our oldest ancestors so we can now be damned unless God chooses to intervene in us? John 3:16 turns into a scam the further we go down the Calvinist/ Armenian rabbitt hole. If God is "not willing that any should perish", then none of this should be a problem. It would mean God is willing and able to save (despite our lack of true free will) then everyone should be going to heaven. The problem with the subject is it can't be explained. No matter what we do or think, if we pick a side in the predestination debacle you have to deal with the contradictions all over the rest of the bible (like some you mentioned). This subject lead me out of the church. There is nothing simple about this plan. It's a con job/ scam. I used to speak with Ministers on the subject, but now know that's a waste of time. They only have so many variations of explanation on the subject. They don't understand it any better than me.
❤ merry Christmas
And you say it with a straight face. SMH😢 Gods will is done “without resistance” in heaven. If resisted then the one who resist him is cast out. God will not have rebellion in heaven so he cast Satan to earth. Earth is the battleground, not heaven. Our Lord taught us to pray “Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth AS it IS in heaven “. How is his will in heaven ? It is without allowance for resistance. God allows the will of man to be voluntarily submitted to Him. God makes room for man to choose……because love is not love at all if not chosen. That place that he created for the exercise of free will is this earth. Ephesians chpt 1 tells us that God chose Christ and those In Christ. To be In Christ is a choice made by man when grace is offered. It’s Gods proposal………..but you can say no.
Never lost, is Never saved.
Merry Christmas? Really? But not amHannuka? How do reach that conclusion? So many are trying to get believers away from the feasts of Adonai. They were NOT JUST FOR THE JEWS, AS THEY ARE YAHWEH' S PLAN OF REDEMPTION FOR MANKIND, AND NOT JUST THE JEWS.

Thanks for praying

Pastor Dan, thanks for the encouraging words. Emerson and I are in West Palm Beach staying at the same hotel we visited 7 years ago for hurricane Irma. I will keep thinking about your message and thank you for your guidance. Martin g
Thank you Brother Dan for the wonderful words of encouragement. How awesome is God that he can produce a storm as terrifying and awesome is as this. Thank you Lord for showing us your Mighty power. Let It humble us and remind us of how powerful you really are Lord. Thank you Lord for this terrifying hurricane thank you father
Praying, thank God.
Amen
So don’t celebrate Hanukkah but “merry Christmas “? lol Christmas is pagan, it’s just another name for Yule and the winter solstice, it has nothing to do with Jesus being born not to mention biblically we should be happy and thankful year round for the birth of Jesus. There is no biblical law to support Christmas, Easter etc. they’re all pagan made by the catholic church to get support from their converts. Smh 🤦♀️
😂😂😂😂
If you are saved by your Free Will. That is against Gal "Jesus Christ plus, is NOT Christ".
❤
GOD made the canaries AND the crows🎵🎶😊
Thank you. Jeff. Glory to God !
Great message Jeff!! Thank you. So happy that you are our brother in Christ ❤️
This baptism is a consolation for all who still have unbelieving family members. How great is God!
So glad I can follow on the web!
Why has God predestined most people to not believe the gospel and go the broad path to destruction? I hear this question all the time and it seems like a fair question. Does God make people who are born dead to Him, and make sure the gospel stays foolishness to them, so they go to hell?
There will be a vast multitude of people who will be saved, not few. Revelation 5:9-10 "And they sang a new song: You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slaughtered, and you purchased people for God by your blood from every tribe and language and people and nation. You made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign on the earth."
@@ReformedIndeed76 Jesus said just a few will go through the gate to eternal life and most will take the broad road to destruction. How does Jesus know that to be true. Is He God or something?
@@orangeandslinky Well that would seem to contradict the verses in Revelation now wouldn't it? But of course there are no contradictions in Scripture. I view it in it's first century Jewish context - pertaining to that generation of Jews, meaning very few of them are going to make it into the new world of the new covenant, which was exactly what happened. The majority didn't enter in. The key is to read everything in light of the imminent judgment coming against the old covenant people in AD 70. How do you reconcile Matthew 7:13-14 with Rev. 5:9-10? Also Rev. 7:9-10.
@@ReformedIndeed76 You say you have the key to reading the bible. Millions don't believe you have the key.
@@orangeandslinkyI never said I had the key to reading the Bible. I learn from greater theological minds going back centuries who believe exactly what I said. No body has a lock on theology, not even you.
Absolutely beautiful!
Unfortunately I am 4900 miles away.
That is a tad far. Hopefully we can see you again soon.
Thank you so much, Pastor. May God continue to bless you and keep inspire you. Rosendo and Ily
Just pre-orderd the kindle version. Looking forward to it.
The Chosen is an idolatrous show.
This is another blessing for me and dad. Thank you. Looking forward to getting that book. Love you.
We’re just as excited. Thank you Pastor.
Thank you sooo much!!! ❤
So, today I cried during the Lord's supper for a different reason. A joyful cry. All along, maybe because of my Catholic upbringing, not sure, I had been not only confessing my sins but also feeling sorrow for what Jesus went through the cross for me. Basically, reliving what Jesus went through in my heart and mind every time. But just today, thanks to Pastor Dan's sermon, I experienced Joy and also remembering there is now no condemnation for those of us who are in Christ Jesus. ❤ Hallelujah! My heart was so filled ❤ and I just couldn't stop my tears. And although I knew this, I never really thought about that during the Lord's supper, just about His crucifixion and what He went through. Praise Him!!!!
It's arguable that some of the "Apocrypha" should be counted as canon and not just as "Apocrypha." If you go back to the oldest Christian lists of biblical books like the Muratorian Canon from the 2nd century, they typically include some books in the "Apocrypha" as canon. The New Testament quotes from the Greek Septuagint version of the Old Testament about as often as it quotes from the Hebrew version, as when Jesus refers to the Abomination of Desolation in the "Holy Place", which matches Daniel 9 in the Septuagint, not the Hebrew Masoretic. The Septuagint version of the Bible, like the Septuagint version of Daniel, include texts found in the "Apocrypha", like the story of Susannah. The NT at times also alludes to places in the Apocrypha, like how Jesus' debate with the pharisees about the afterlife of the 7 husbands of the woman who died references the 7 husbands in the story of Tobit. I have spent the last couple years learning about the Apocrypha in order to better my knowledge of the Bible, so I'm familiar with the arguments that Pastor Sardinas, the narrator makes. I don't have a strong opinion myself on the issue, but the fact that the early Christians counted some of the Apocrypha as canon and treated the Septuagint Old Testament as legitimate should be pretty weighty. As for the narrator's points, the issue is still debatable. So for instance, he asserts at 0:29 that at the end of the Old Testament period (like with Malachi), God did not give any prophetic word until the New Testament. This premise would imply that therefore we should not count the Apocrypha's books as Scripture. But there are two issues here. First, how do you know that none of those texts were written after Malachi or the closing of the Old Testament prophetic period? Since some of those texts like the Davidic Psalm 151 and Tobit were found in the Dead Sea Scrolls and concern the Old Testament period, it seems hard to automatically make that conclusion. Second, how do you know as fact that there was Zero prophecy or inspiration between Malachi and the NT? Neither the Protestant Old Testament books nor the New Testament ever specify that there no inspiration in that period. The narrator makes generalizations about the Apocrypha's texts that don't apply to every one of them. So for instance he says that the Apocrypha's books go against the rest of the Bible. However Psalm 151 is a summary of David's young years and doesn't go against the Bible, and Luther's commentary on Susannah, which Luther considered Apocrypha, said that he didn't find any problems in that story. In any case, even if we make the conclusion that the Apocrypha is not in the canon, it still makes sense to read it even from a Protestant perspective, as Pastor Sardinas says at 3:22. Luther, the Calvinists at Geneva, and the King James Bible all included an Apocrypha section in their Bibles, and Luther made a commentary on some of those books. They are part of the Christian traditions that give us a better idea about the canon of the Bible even if they aren't in the canon.
Amen Brother
Empathy, feeling with others.
If man has free will why do man choose evil and independance from God by nature? Yes, the Father pulls you to come to His Son, Jesus Christ.
With all due respect it's more of deformation. The destruction to the church and all the 30,000 plus denominations that are creating confusion in the body of Christ... disappointing
Thank you for this!
I’d rather limp into Heaven than dance into hell😮!!
Very sobering msg. Thank you!
Free to deny our flesh is true spiritual freedom👍🏼
I know we are one people in Christ, but do you believe that GOD made an eternal covenant with Abraham concerning the Nation of Israel and that it will be consummated when Christ reigns from Mt. Zion? The remnant of His elect will look upon Him whom they pierced and repent and accept Christ as their Messiah.
Hi Mary! Thanks for your comment and always for watching. Paul explains this further in Galatians 3:7-9. The Jews and Gentiles are not only one people but they also share in the same covenant. The New Covenant, or the gospel, is the eternal covenant that God promised to Abraham as Paul explains in this passage. God's people were pictured as an ethnic people in the Old Covenant, but the New Covenant is the substance of that shadow showing us the true fulfillment. That Christ came to save both Jews and Gentiles. Paul goes on to say in Romans 9:6-8 that being born an ethnic Jew doesn't make one a child of the promise... because only faith in Christ can do that. The covenant will not be ratified when Jesus returns as the New Covenant was instituted but his death and resurrection. Will there be a mass conversion of ethnic Jews? There is some debate about that interpretation but either way all who put their faith in Christ will be saved. Hope that helps! Dan
@@nwbcbradenton Thank you for taking the time to respond, Pastor. I can’t say I completely agree, but I do believe we agree that Christ will reign from Mt. Zion and our spirits cry, “MARANATHA”!! I so appreciate your sermons. Blessings in Christ, Mary
Hey, if you still hold this position I'd like to recommend that you remake this video. The quote you mentioned, "I am the law of Moses," is actually not taken from the book of mormon at all. It is close to something from the book of mormon, but it's not the same, and it was not taken from there. It would be good for you to read about that brother, to read what Dallas Jenkins actually said to make sure that you are properly critiquing these things. I'm still wrestling with whether or not this ultimately is a violation of the second commandment, but I think it's really important that we critique accurately, especially when Dallas has admitted that he is taking artistic license. It's important that we critique correctly so that we do not appear to be misrepresenting him.
Free as bond slaves to become living sacrifices, poured out for God’s sglory, and even that could never repay what our Lord and Savior did for us Calvary.✝️💟
New Covenant Whole Gospel: Who is now the King of Israel in John 1:49? Is the King of Israel now the Head of the Church, and are we His Body? Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary? What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. Nobody can completely understand the Bible unless they understand the relationship between the Old Covenant given to Moses at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary. What brings all local churches together into one Body under the blood of Christ? The answer is found below. Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. The following verses prove the Holy Spirit is the master teacher for those now in the New Covenant. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Mar 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Act 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. 1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. You didn't read the passage right...1 Cor 7:10-11 doesn't say anything about divorcing for 'Biblical' reasons. It says if you divorce to remain single or get back with your spouse. The only way you can remarry is if your spouse dies. Mark 10: 11-12, Luke 16:18, Matt 5:32, 19:9 Jesus used to different words fornication and adultery. Fornication is the betrothal period and adultery is when your married. Two different words. Romans 7:2-3, 1 Cor 7:39 says only death breaks the marriage covenant. You even say it in your vows. Many people are in adultery because the church doesn't preach the truth.
Praise God and bless you all
