I have not been to dreams flora yet so I can’t compare really. I have been to many other dreams resorts though and I really liked this one!

Almost everything is included but the game room charges for use. There are included games in the teens and kids club areas though!

That’s a great question! I’m sure it does but I’m not 100%. They have a staff member working the desk inside the arcade that you could ask though!

Hi! Thank you for watching! They had the construction set up at the end next to the Caribbean village but you could not see much yet. I think the best areas for adults would probably be the French village and the Victoria house. We were in a very basic room category ( Caribbean village two double bed room) since we were only there 4 nights and we wanted to come first and see exactly where we wanted to stay next time. I wouldn’t stay in that room category again but I would stay in the Caribbean village villas for sure.

@mytripcoachkaley Thanks for the speedy reply. We stayed twice in Key West village and had gotten the 2 br 2 story concierge room both times as our twin boys were 20, then 21, when we went and they needed their own space and beds. We had them bring in a rollaway bed and they just spit the trips as to who got the big bed. We're getting the 1 bedroom version of that room next time for when we got back in summer 2026. They have a washer and dryer in the room which I found really useful cuz you can bring way less clothes and just a throw a load in when you go dinner and then in the dryer when you get back for the night.

Oh it was so fun! And the slide on the boat was a hit :)

They have great showers there! Slippery but great!

Yes they do have nightly entertainment! I would add the Hyatt inclusive collection APP to your phone and you can pull up the resort and the daily schedules. They normally update this every week but it’s nice to reference too!

I wanted to let the audience make that decision….as I try not to talk down about resorts or be negative. I think they need some more time though!

At this property there were many designated smoking areas and guest respected other guest by smoking only in those areas. It’s far more lax than in other countries like Mexico but I didn’t find it to be an issue.

It’s very clean! We travel all over the Caribbean and Mexico touring properties and this was a fantastic beach. Clean, sargassum was minimum, walkable, smelled good, and safe. Please subscribe to channel to help support us moving onto to making more videos!

Hi! The zen building is about a 3 minute shuttle ride from the main pool and beach areas at the ambassador/grand buildings. It’s located in a different building surrounded by a jungle serene setting. The zen building is family friendly and also has the spa, conference/group areas, separate kids club and a few restaurants/bars. It’s still a great building to stay in, however, you can not see the beach from the building. So you would either take the shuttle ( which runs all of the time) and is very short or you could walk which probably would take 10 minutes or so. The ambassador building is right in the center of everything…home to the main pool as well. It’s family friendly. Let me know if you have other questions! I’ll be heading back in June!

Hi! Since I am a travel advisor, I requested to tour the Kids Club before operating hours in the morning. I do not like filming kids or people when I can avoid it. The Kids club at this resort is one of my absolute favorites. They have an indoor area with arts and crafts, games, theater, and more....and then the outdoor area is their "waterpark" which they include a few times a day for the kids to enjoy. Its all fenced in and apart of the supervised activities. Its open everyday!

Hi Joanna! I was there in April….over Easter holiday. Beautiful! Weather was excellent. Overall a great time to go and so is May! I only ate at buffet once for breakfast and once for lunch but only at dreams resort. Never dinner. Both times were excellent and full of variety. One of the better buffets offered for sure. There’s so many places to choose to eat though!

Hi! This was filmed April 2023, so yes very recent! This was our second visit to this particular resort. The first time we went which I also have a slideshow video on….was filmed in September 2020.

I’m actually not 100% about the boat information. But it travels to Isla Mujeres and/or will transfer you to the neighbor AM resort on the island…Zoetry.

The beach is perfect in so many ways! You can swim for sure and enjoy as much as you like. The dolphins are also awesome with visit, watch and swim with! The beach is also great for walking along!

This was a combination of two trips....They did update all the rooms! My last visit was October 2022 and the rooms were lovely!
