The entire plot of One Punch Man is watching all the other characters do things from every other anime ever, and at the pivotal moment where all seems lost this goofy guy shows up and solves the problem without breaking a sweat. An entire show based solely around a Deus Ex Machina.

Living in this world must suck. Like yeah the heroes come and beat the villains but the villains (even comparatively "weak" ones like the giant steroid brother) routinely destroy massive swathes of the city that definitely can't be evacuated in time.
