There are much worse things that people could be calling you. Accept the legal terms. On other notes there's a serious problem of people claiming disability when they're actually normal. You're probably one of the only few people that are actually disabled. special needs is a word created to accommodate disabled people. You clearly stated it in your own statement you cannot do everything on your own. Therefore special needs.
