go look at claxton stats, and his contract of 28 million a year for next 4 years. claxton isnt a center that can bang with bigs either being skinny. and his defence has been horrible after he got his bag. better to trade for jakob poeltl who is having a career year.

@@ATLSportsZone Yes so if we can get a player like a Clarkson or white or someone who can score and defend well as a role player and get a big in the draft that can shoot and rebound and defend ill be happy and dont we have two draft picks first round for 2025 with the lakers and SAC picks so we should be set and golden and just keep Dyson on the team and better yet get a player with Playoff/ finals situation experience that is level headed and keep everyone claim in the tight heavy situations

@@ATLSportsZone they dont need to trade turner making a playoff push. they can offer turner what he wants and he likely stay. turner isnt leaving unless someone willing to overpay for him. and ya likely have to offer him 30-38 million for him to leave. there is new revenue from cable tv contract kicking in 2026, so players will ask for a huge raise to get a piece of that revenue.

you can probably get jakob poeltl who has better stats, but he still gonna cost a 1st round pick that will convey in 2025 and a young player with filler.

raptors likely gonna be bottoming out for a high pick being 7 wins 25 losses. but jakob isnt gonna be traded for nothing.
