I went 390F for 12 minutes, flipped over and another 10 minutes at 390. Looks good. My biggest concern with air fryer is I have to know that the meat is cooked thru before eating.
Hey… maybe you can look up the air fryer chart for different cuts of meat their cooking time will be mentioned 😊 just a suggestion
That’s why a good instant thermometer is necessary. No guessing involved.
I'm gonna try this, def have to experiment with temps though, 200C = 400F, things tend to burn up at that temp in my air fryer.
