The constant need to stay engaged with social media, track trends, and create strategies can lead to stress, anxiety, and burnout. One major concern is "brain rot"-mental overstimulation from continuous exposure to fast-paced content. Unlike regular users, digital marketers can't just "log off," which can impact mental clarity, decision-making, and overall well-being. Given these challenges, I'm considering leaving digital marketing. I worry about its future prospects and my mental health if I continue in this field. Sometimes I wonder if it’s just the nature of social media itself causing this or if I need to change my specialization. I’d really value your perspective on this and whether you think it's a wise decision to move on. So please reply; this will help me and others who have the same confusion.

When I asked the reason she said,You have judged me many times and you are not there to listen to me, while when you do something like this I go into a shell, I tried a lot to make her trust me again but still she is not able to forget everything, I How to regain emotional trust?
