he's actually pretty smart . being hotheaded and impulsive doesn't automatically make you stupid. also the majority of the time that we see him is when he is with dazai . which is also the only time that he is antagonized and provoked. so obviously he will be perceived as loud and angry when that probably isn't his regular demeanor

Thanks for your comment! Chuuya squats because he doesn't want to look down on anyone, hhhh.. I personally use the HiAnime website to watch all kinds of animations. You can also download them on your PC or laptop and make screen recordings. For images, you can simply take screenshots on your phone. There are other websites you can use as well which might even be better in some ways. I hope this helps!
