I am so glad you found my channel! I love sharing my nature videos. I think the white bird you mentioned are Sandhill Cranes. I have only gotten good video of them on the Ridgefield Auto tour. It's a very pleasant drive through the Ridgefield wetlands. I will try to do better on my animal identification. I am still learning, but that's half the fun.

Wisdom from experience, but I still have to test the boundaries.

They got wet, but at that location the wave can't carry you out to sea, because the breakwater is in the way. So it's much safer than a 'regular' beach.

It's impressive what they can do in so shallow of water.

I was hoping to film a bull fight, but they were pretty laid back.

The music is to cover up the cars, planes, helicopters, and leaf blowers. Someday I'll get far enough away from humanity to just do natural sound.

It's a great drive! You should try it some time, but it will have to wait till next spring when they reopen the road.

It took me a few tries to get the waterfall at the end. The light only shines on it for a short time in the morning.

Lime Kiln State Park. The whale museum has a webcam there. You can see orcas there once in a while.

@@PacificNorthwestNaturalWonders I know the Lime Kiln one, I live on San Juan Island. I was wondering about the one at the end at 4:48. Where is that one?

@@carmenw.9617 I spent hours looking for that lighthouse on San Jaun Island. My mistake, it was the Admiralty Head lighthouse. Opps!
