    I'm currently tapering off anxiety meds, and was scared of sativas, CBD also gives me hangovers, but dealing with increased anxiety AND fatigue drove me to experiment, and I've found the crowdsourced info on Leafly regarding whether various strains resulted in anxiety or paranoia extremely useful. Hasn't let me down yet (the more reviews the more accurate), though budtenders advice from their personal experience that contradicted Leafly (Tropicana Cookies for example) sent me into instant anxiety. I've found Lodi Dodi, Strawberry Cough, and Maui Wowie good stimulating strains with no or a positive effect on anxiety. White Widow and Blueberry Muffin are my laid back but functional daytime strains. At night, Ive been doing a little Grape Cream Cake RSO, Spumoni, and Purple Punch or some classic GDP when I'm ready to sleep.

    There's no difference what so ever. Its all strain specific. This is a prime example of how good people(when indoctrinated in the correct environment)are at doing what they are told. Understand that it only exists in your head because of what you're told. What you think you know... And if this is all just in your head... I wonder what else might be🤔

    Over the last few months I have began to get blurry vision in my left eye. This was noticeable whilst watching TV. I was constantly cleaning the left lens on my glasses but began to realize it was not the lens, but my left eye. I have diabetes, and my sugar levels a quite high most of the time. I went for a diabetic retinopathy test last month, and the told me they failed to get good pictures of my retina's. So, I now have to go for a "Slit Lamp" test. What does that entail? And, what are they looking for?

    My anxiety flared up hardcore one day a few months ago. I started having bad muscle twitches all over my body. I had to start a anxiety med and the twitching has died down a lot but like a month after that panic attack I started seeing a white flash in the edge of my eye maybe 6-8 times a day. I've been to the eye doctor and he says everything looks good on the inside of my eye so I'm thinking maybe it's something twitching causing it.

    This is nothing more than Cannabis folklore. Modern testing shows there is no actual difference molecularly in the THC of Indica vs Sativa… they are the same plant. Literally the same. The only difference is leaf structure and growth height based on climates they grow in. Some strains are more potent than others in both THC and CBD, etc. If you don’t want weed to contribute to anxiety then u need to avoid it, or micro dose the specific strain to find your tolerance level with it.

      @@lovleyjewls4647 Hi! How are you doing rn? Did you check it out? I very rarely see small flashes in the corner of my left eye but I was at ophthalmology yesterday and last weekend on Friday too. They didn't see anything wrong with my eye/they didn't see anything. I have been really stressed and I have anxiety rn so I'm wondering if that's what causes them. School starts soon so I can't even go back where I was but I'll get my eye checked out near my school too and I'll update you if you want me to. I saw flickering lights too for a few seconds which made me really scared. I have dry eye and conjunctivitis too which is worse in my left eye so I'm honestly hoping that's the problem.

  • @johnnysmith4714
    @johnnysmith4714 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Could be that anxiety makes you hyper aware of everything so it's not the frequency that is increasing but your awareness of them.

    • @Solars.number1fan
      @Solars.number1fan หลายเดือนก่อน

      Honestly I think that stress/anxiety does make you see them. There was a time when I was stressing a lot about my vision being bad and I didn't sleep well either. I was seeing some flashes from the corner of my left eye until I sorta overcame my anxiety. Rn I'm dealing with conjunctivitis and dry eye. I also realized that I have 1-2 floaters. I'm trying not to stress because of it. After all I visited the ophthalmology two times and they didn't say anything about my vision being bad. They only said that I have slight discharge in my eyes (conjunctivitis).

  • @thewriterchick134
    @thewriterchick134 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Hi, I don't know if this will help anyone but I started seeing the little lights in my right eye as I was going to sleep in a dark room. It was as though someone was shining a mini flashlight in the corner of my eye and it moved around for a bit. Then it started in my left eye. About a year later I had emergency eye surgery to repair a detached retina in the right eye and eleven months later, emergency surgery for a torn retina in the left. I see still the lights especially in a dark room or one with dim lighting. I don't see them outside. I have been to nine different specialists. Two with Johns Hopkins and two with Cincinatti Eye Institute in Ohio and Kentucky, I even had an MRI of my brain. I have had every exam, scan, and tests. The results were... my eyes were perfectly fine! Although relieved, I want to know what is causing them. So, I saw a therapist who said yes, anxiety will cause eye issues such as flashing and if you already have them, anxiety will make them worse. I am dealing with anxiety at the moment and the lights are bothering me. On other days, I rarely notice them. I have my 6- month eye checkup tomorrow.

I saw them last night, it was like when a bulb is yk is not working right anymore. That stopped after a few seconds too. Now sometimes I see small flashes in the corner of my left eye but sadly I can't go back to ophthalmology because it's already closed and school starts for me soon. Hold your breath and build up co2 and youll never have a panic attack again...if you are hyperventilating and cant hold your breath then grab a bag and hyperventilate into the bag and breathe in what you exhaled and it will stop.. once you know how to beat it they go away because your not worrying about having another one.. just knowing what to do and knowing holding your breath will beat them youll stop having them... It's also possible that the floaters create anxiety. I was constantly startled by floaters like something was coming at me or a bird was taking off. Then nothing is there and it's like boo! Made you flinch over and over. You might start to get anxious. When my eyes dart is when I get flashes so as I nervously look around it starts them off. Plus the anxiety may be the body warning that there's damage since there's no pain receptors. Whenever I have been seriously injured I get a feeling something is wrong besides the obvious pain. When my eye is acting up I get that same feeling only without any pain. Been trying serrapeptase and nattokinase for arthritis and it seems to be helping dissolve the floaters. Also trying a vitamin called Areds2 from Costco.
