Hello there. I f it is capable of running your games, don't do it. Don't upgrade following the trends. Just use the what you have and when it is not capable of running (lowest settings possible or having some type of failure, do it. Sometimes a new release (new Gpus), means better deals on the previous generation. :). Wish you a great week.

​​@@glitchesandgaming2955 I understand you. The game is not for everyone. When I was recording the gameplays for this video I ended up recording more than a hour or so. If you ignore all the fuss around the game (reviews, streamers, etc) and just play the game, at least for me, was not a bad game. This year we have multiple examples (Suicide Squad, Skull & Bones, etc). You and I may not like it, but for someone else might be the best game ever. 😉. Wish you a great 2025.

If it runs well you could use a click-bait title like "Crysis was better optimized than modern games", considering that back in the 2000's most people still used CRT monitors in the 19" range, in which 1024*768 was a very common resolution. New games on UE 5.5 often use resolutions that low, but use upscaling.

Hi there. My comparisons are just for folks that have either of the GPUs and want to see the performance difference. I know the R9 390 was inferior. They only share the same year of release, wich was 2015. Like if you have the R9 390 and find a nice / affordable deal for a 980 Ti, that is my main focus. Wish you a great week.

@@GoodGoldGames Back then in 2015, I had it, the R9 390x (was a struggle to decide in front of a Gtx 980). It was good, hot like a 19years old chick, and consumes power like a americam V8. But still, the 980ti was very expensive, 50% more the price than a 390x (and more than 390). It's good to see nowadays thesecomparisons. Cheers!

Обе карты в последних играх показали не лучший FPS, но я могу без проблем протестировать. Цель этих сравнений - увидеть их производительность, будь то на момент запуска обеих карт (что является случаем +/-) или в более поздних играх. Могу без проблем протестировать, если вы этого хотите, но чудес не ждите :) Это графика 2016 и 2017 года, в играх 2024 года мы будем играть на 10 FPS. Но я протестирую его в более поздних играх на моем специальном канале, посвященном графическим процессорам (www.youtube.com/@GoodGoldGpus). @@GoodGoldGamesДело в том, что 1080 ti уделает vega 64 в старых играх, где есть dx 9, а в новых играх vega 64 победит 1080, я уверен. Компания зеленных забила на драйвера и это точно.

@@GoodGoldGames rx 580 отставала у 1060 и 1070 при выходе. Потому что не могла конкурировать в играх типо gta 5 из-за drx9. А в данный момент 580 обогнала 1060 в новых играх. И стоит на уровне производительности 1070.

Hello there. Unfortunately we are in an era where more and more companies are looking at profits and less at the target of their games (or their game sales), which are the players. I personally have collected many physical games and I have every intention of continuing, because despite knowing that in the most recent games I will not have access to the game, but rather a code, the games I can still collect that do not require online or a online permanent onnection , I will happily collect it. I've been getting more and more lost in old games than in more recent ones and I've discovered some treasures. Unless the Gaming industry changes, we will never have the same feeling about a game as we used to. Who knows, maybe in the future some type of media will allow us to enjoy the same nostalgia, but I feel like the industry is self-destructing.

@@AxiomofDiscord I would agree if the games were cheaper, since there is no logisics (printing covers, case of the DVD, shipping etc), for me makes 0 sense we pay for a digital license the same we pay (or paid) for a physical one.
