It always a good idea to take your food out, add water to the hot pan and let it soak while you eat. I use a little Bar Keeper's Friend and a damp paper towel to polish SS like new! The price of cola has skyrocketed lately. I don't like supporting those companies because they are destroying our health--you're very wise not to allow your children to consume sodas.

LOL - this technique works with ANY liquid! It’s called deglazing and, when not so burned, it’s how you make gravy. Try it. Doesn’t have to be coke. Could be water or even milk! Leaves clean pan every time.

Red kangaroos are not ordinarily found on the coast where the majority of people live. They are more inland. In Sydney we would just normally see the Eastern Grey Kangaroo. It is very rare to see them in the suburbs. You are more likely to see them when driving through the country or near the bush. However, this particular campus seems to be the home of a kangaroo family. Sometimes we see a few, this time we only saw the 1.
