I think this looks delicious. I do love a good slow cooker meal. Especially chicken in the slow cooker. I feel like it makes it the most tender cooked that way. The biscuits look delicious too. I do love a good biscuit. I think this is an awesome meal!

As a retired nurse who taught special health diets, it really makes me mad how companies label their products in ways that mislead people. I constantly am saying to friends and acquaintances "Read the ingredient section." Even then the names used for some items are unfamiliar and confusing. I was shocked to learn a few years ago that a listing of 'natural flavor' can 'legally' mean it is an artificial flavoring but must resemble the flavor of a thing that naturally exists. Obviously, our government hasn't been very good about regulating it all either.

I have a kitchenaid handheld, but mine isn't cordless. I can see the benefit of not having a cord. I don't have the greatest outlet options either. I'd probably forget to keep that charged up lol. So I probably better just stick with my corded one. Pretty simple ingredients list. I know you put oil on the fork, but maybe have a pat of butter handy and just slide the fork over it before smashing each cookie? Wonder if it would even be necessary to smash them? They turned out looking pretty good. Nice bit of browning on them. I was wondering if there would be a gritty texture. Nice to know there isn't. I like the recipe. Glad you like your mixer.

Loved Dolly in "9 to 5".

Well hopefully Steve gets to feeling better. Well we love Dolly. We have gotten to see her several times at Dolly Wood. She has such a big heart and has done so much for the community. I mean she gives all those books away to kids, helped out with the Tenn wildfire relief and partnered with the Hershands to make Dolly Wood a reality. They employ so many of her family and people in that community. Ms Chas we don't want to be in the drawing because we have already purchased the entire collection and that just wouldn't be fare to anyone that hasn't. LOL while we did buy it our daughter confiscated it at Christmas and that is ok she is displaying it at her first ever house to her. Do make sure you buy one of the CI Clocks for yourself. Our daughter is going to paint it up for us.

This is the cutest skillet! I didn't even know these were a thing. I think Dolly is awesome. I'd love to meet her. I've aways felt like she would probably be so nice. And she's a dang icon. I feel like you kind of just have to like her.
