It's the connector of the display that needs,cleaning.Disasssmble the headlight unscrew the screws,unnplug the unit and clean the contacts with contact cleaner.

Battery faulty? Or maybe cabling around battery. This looks exactly as when the battery is empty. Display keeps rebooting. Most likely the power to the electric system is insufficient or connection to battery is lost.
