You should see this spot on Google Earth. The spacing of where the river has ran is like 300 to 500 feet wide. I was telling Suntan that anywhere in that could be a pay layer, some it could be buried under 8 feet of over burden. Pretty much telling her your exact point, then you throw in the fact that gold may have fallen out 40000 years ago and then nothing did again until 10000 years ago or never did again 🤣 Her eyes got as big a saucers and called me crazy and walked off🤣🤣

@Goldpan-SuntanNM you're not crazy nope. It's true. And yes the overburden may even be 50ft deep, pending how deep canyons near that area get. It's definitely a science. I think the mouths of valleys are the best place to start, along with some type of excavator haha
