CPST explains: How to install the Nuna Exec Slipcover
มุมมอง 4823 หลายเดือนก่อน
Hi! I’ve been a CPST since 2015, and I’m an admin/mod of several Facebook carseat groups. I’m here to help you install the Nuna Exec slipcover!
So useful to compare them! Thanks. Did you get a chance to see the Rove manual? I am wondering if it has the same center installation restriction as the Knox (not allowed with a 60/40 split). - Kate H. (yep, it's me!)
@@purpledaydream thank you! Fantastic question. The manual is not released yet, but when it is, I will comment back here and let you know.
When should one of the head rests come out? My babies head seems to tilt a bit when I take the infant head rest off
@@ashleypopovich2804 you can leave the bottom one in as long as you want. I recommend taking out the one closer to the baby out right away. Head tilting to the side is fine, but you don’t want the chin pushed down to the chest.
Thank you I needed this so badly
@@Velmakinz so glad you found it helpful!
I feel like they designed the buckle way too short. It almost digs into the child’s thighs even at the larger adjusted setting
@@majedagha9309 interesting - I didn’t have that experience on mine, but you should definitely call their customer service and tell them - they really do want to hear parent feedback!
Very helpful! Needed to see it in practice vs. in a manual.
@@joemancini148 thanks for your comment! So happy you found it helpful!
Thank you i cant find any other videos about this appreciate you posting. So many things came i dont know what they are for!
So happy you found it helpful! It definitely can be confusing. The white inserts are an option instead of the dyed inserts that came in the seat, BUT the bottom insert needs to be taken out when the child is 11 lbs. (And I don’t recommend using the extra head insert.) So a lot of it won’t be used anyway. The white strap covers can be used instead of the strap covers that come on the seat.
So helpful! Thank you
@@livverz6900 thank you! So glad you found it helpful!
The back of the car seat it’s different level insterts for the harness Which level do you recommend for a newborn 9 pounds 5 weeks I had it on the 3 insert and she is sooo chin to chest
@@HunneyBombshell do you mean the strap slots? It should be in the slot that is below the shoulders. For a newborn I recommend the bottom slot. Make sure you follow the steps in the video to take out the extra head. Insert that’s closer to the baby.
Just got this car seat and your video is very helpful ! Thank you so so much ❤
@@EmmaB2393 thank you!! So happy to hear that!
Thanks Lani! You posted this right as I needed to put the slipcover on.
@@imaclover1428 amazing! So glad I could help! :)
