I know that exact spot you are fishing. There are potholes to both your left and right from where you entered. I used to park on the street and walk in also but there is something there now. Soft plastics work great and spring into summer are when I had my best luck with topwater, Skitter walk (yellow) or Spook (Pink and Gold),

What part or area where you at in west bay most of the walk in wade areas are not accessible anymore very good videos and advice maybe meet up one day and wade fish.

Glad you like the rod. What's nice is it is the highest quality blank and it's made right here in Texas. The other rod makers that are Texas rods, don't use Texas blanks. They use Asian or they just switched to blanks made in Oregon, not Texas.

I like the new approach to the content. Great job....I'm in the no net camp when wading. Hand or bogas.
