Hi, any idea what could be wrong with a charger that only outputs about 2.15V? I've disassembled it but don't see any blown components. It's a ZTE STC-A59152050AC-A charger and the charger broke due to a faulty battery connection in the phone. I've replaced the battery and it charges fine now with another charger, but the original charger only outputs 2.15V and doesn't charge the phone anymore.
