You are pressing 3 inches, no range off motion, arch your back slightly not push your abdomen that high
This is my competition style bench, i also train it in other ways with more rom and different grip width

Thanks for your advice, this is my comp bench, when i do larsen or other variations i have more rom. And my muscles,chest and arms in this case are very big , i'm 170cm x 90kg very lean and 46 cm arms
I train to compete in powerlifting and my goal is to be the strongest possible, this is the way to achieve that goal🏋♂️
If my goal is purely bodybuilding wich isnt probably in this case i would train with more rom

Ciao Juan, é un video molto interessante perché ho visto che ci sono anche altri esercizi oltre panca, stacco e squat e con qualche variante di questi 3. Il fermo é opportuno farlo? E invece la progressione é meglio aumentarla di 5 o 10 kg?
Ti ringrazio! Il fermo va bene farlo solo se stai preparando una gara, altrimenti non è necessario. Parlando di progressione è meglio parlare in termini di % del massimale. Una progressione lineare con un aumento dei carichi del 5% è perfetta

i love how you make a video about this unknowed lifters and the history of powerlifting but don't talk about the best of all time. pocket hercules naim powerlifting is going down hill, because bodybuilding is taking over
These are some of the best lifters of all time, choosed the 3 best of each decade according to open powerlifting and prefered the ones who at least competed in Ipf too
Bodybuilding is not even a strength sport...
