I could not evaluate by the suggested system as l am more critical then would be liked. I have listened to dozens of TM speeches and found nothing desirable about any of them. Oh and as a suggestion, until someone has the basics of speaking down speeches should be supplied until the person can concentrate on writing something worth listening to.
