The Best Knife Sharpener You Already Own!!!
Great episode!
Thank you sir!
I can’t believe New York outlawed a sling shots. I just purchased one of these and I am looking for a lighter set of tubes. They are too heavy for me. I thought they might loosen up a little but they haven’t. I use the 3/8” clay and I have harvested a couple of squirrels and a pigeon. My biggest complaint is the tubes.
It is ridiculous for slingshots to be outlawed anywhere. Have you been able to find lighter tubes?
Caught the show a little later than usual. Got tied up shoveling snow this morning. Needless to say no slingshot today. Look forward to the next show.
Another great episode Andrew!
Hi, I have question for you and your panel. It's seems that slingshot shooters are almost always also slingshot collectors. Do you think the slingshot industry could survive if we weren't like that?
خیلی خوب بود سپاسگزارم ❤ Very good thanks
.45 is way too easy to pull.
Love seeing you guys. I have a little Natty that Danny left on the free table at the AIM shoot. It has been my go to back pocket carry everyday piece for a while now and is just amazing. Thanks Andrew for putting these together look forward to the next round table.
I like the lt2 better than the axiom. I shoot both the same.
Nice chat fellas!
Well done Andrew and Brethren! ❤
Nice video, Danny gave me one of his natural frames at the South Carolina shoot this year :-)
What a great time! Thank you for the opportunity!
Keep them coming Andrew!
Never too old to go hiking. It’s just walking with a different name. What’s a good wood to carve a slingshot out of? Recently took up whittling, so I figured I might as well get to carvin while it’s freezing outside.
Another great discussion 🎯
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
Maybe some time I can join in on your round table, always Kool and interesting content
The only price of admission to be on is to come to a tournament and meet me. I want to see everyone come out and be part of this.
I only make it to east coast sling shot tournament. So probably walnt get to meet you. I've meet rex, danny and linder
@@leonmcintyre9592 I plan to be at ECST.
Another good forum .Great guest 👍🏻🇺🇸🤙🏻
Thank you. That is so nice to hear. I enjoy doing these and I am glad others are enjoying them too.
Excellent video, thank you! 👍👍👍
Thank YOU!!!
What sling shot do you recommend? I shoot 3/8 clay shots and I think I want to get a roll of band material and the guide or what ever it’s called. I did tie a pouch so that’s not going to b a problem I don’t think and I am building a band holder
If you are in North America, Simpleshot makes great frames that are not too expensive and great to learn on. The Scout LT2 or Axiom are both excellent frames. Wasp and Snipersling are also great companies with quality frames.
I am interested in a new beany flip. I bought 3 brand new off marketplace for 7 bucks each. There was 4 sets of bands with it. But it seems like the springs brake easy so I think I want to get a better quality 1. My target is 35 feet and I sure enjoy shooting them. My dog wants to go shoot so it keeps me active a bit. She runs as fast as she can then comes back ready to go again after about 40 or 50 shots she is ready to come in for a nap.
Great job, thank you for doing this project & sharing your time & detailed results with us, appreciate it.👍👏
I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank YOU!!!
Met Tim and Dana at the Alabama catapult carnival earlier this year, it was my fathers and I first shoot they showed us the ropes and kept score for us, had a great time and will be back next year!
I have a band set that came with my slingshots. It is .7mm and 270mm long. I was shooting it short draw and that thing lasted for weeks. At full elongation it feels very stiff. Thinking of getting .5mm also might get .4 and .6 as well. Any idea what is the max elongation of a .5mm band.
To be honest, I don't pay much attention to max elongation anymore as they all tend to be about the same. You didn't mention what size ammo you are shooting, but .7 is too stout for most common ammo unless you are hunting, in my opinion. I like .5 as an everyday plinking size. And .4 for 1/4 inch and BBs.
@axsomoutdooradventures At the moment l am using Snipersling green .5 cut to 9-12X 28 for 1/4 steel. Only problem is the green band does not have a long life.
@bikramjeetsidhu9749 I like Snipersling Yellow better than green. I think it last longer too.
@@axsomoutdooradventures l got the yellow as well. Let me finish the green roll then l will go for the yellow.
Good info to have. Appreciate it!
Glad it was helpful!
@ Hi. I sent you an email a few days ago. Touching base in case it went to spam.
Thank you !
Andrew ! I have a question for you or the round table you have ! My question is this with everything in the world whether it’s a job , a Sport , sharpening knives there is always a statement made “ This what works for me “ meaning when I pickup up a particular slingshot frame this is how I shoot it because we know that a lot of frames behave differently and they cannot be shot the same way , I understand that there is a learning curve with everything but there has to be a starting point for beginners which I classify my being cuz I am about 11 months into it I have seen hundreds of reviews from famous shooters they touch upon anchor points , band slaps , speed bumps but nothing is in their reviews about what works for them ! You get a lot of folks that come into the sport they either end up getting frustrated or quitting ! The only person I have heard that will tell you that a particular frame is not good for a beginner is Nathan at Simple Shot he doesn’t go into why it’s not good not everyone can pickup a PFS frame and shoot it unless he understands that there is a tremendous learning curve to be adopted anyway I talked enough I would like to know your feedback ? BTW I voiced this also to Simple Shot thanks a bunch !
Thank you for such a great question. We will definitely talk about it.
Nice info , appreciate it
Thank You
You're welcome
I can relate when it comes to overcomplicating videos. So much so that I've been avoiding producing new videos until I can streamline the process. Sometimes we become our own worst enemies. At the end of the video I heard Tim and Dana mention their first catchbox was a cardboard box. That made me laugh because for some unknown reason I won't throw away my first catchbox, that's also made out of a cardboard box.
Another great episode!
Another great episode! Thanks Andrew!
I'm really enjoying these. I have plenty more questions for future episodes :)
So great. Hearing from all those folks on one zoom at once was awesome. And rarely was there any talking over one another which is amazing with that many people excited to talk about the same thing. 👍😁👍😁
I don't get to shoot as much as I'd like anymore but I love listening to these roundtables
Good round table 👊🏻
Awesome stuff, Andrew. I'm really enjoying these episodes. 👊
Now we're getting a few people on round table, it's brilliant, things just click and your also educating people to try different things, well done Andrew, really enjoying the show, how about getting some Brits on as well,
Another great episode buddy! Really look forward to seeing these. Thanks to all the participants as well!!
Thanks for having me Andrew, fun chat!
Great job Andrew. I really enjoy getting to chat together. 🤙
This would be fun. Awesome job Andrew
Love mine

I’ve got a evo carbon off the catty shack website absolutely brilliant slingshot I got 1mm bands on , I use .85 sometimes but it’s all preference
A cattyshack sling is on my very long list.
Very well done, thank you ... 😎
Great episode!
All slingshot laws are unconstitutional.
