Double Curve Scoliosis Providence Nocturnal Scoliosis System
The Providence Nocturnal Scoliosis® system’s objective is to move the apices of scoliotic curves to midline or beyond, through the application of controlled, direct, lateral and de-rotational forces to the spine. This animation shows the process of spinal correction with our Providence Nocturnal Scoliosis® System Board and Brace.
For this case, we’re treating a double (Thoracic and Lumbar) curve.
🌟 The objective of the Providence is to move the curve apices to mid-line, identified as a straight line between C7 and S1.
🌟Without the need to support under the forces of gravity, the most efficient application of force involves directly targeting the apex of the curve with a vector that is perpendicular to midline, while incorporating elements of de-rotation.

Do you guys have services in Arizona I have almost to 60° curve in my Lumbar and then about a 28 degree curve in my thoracic area and I'm in desperate need of a day brace I've been to a couple of Specialists but it seems like nobody wants to make me day brace and I really need one I have been putting odds and ends in different things together for the past couple years but it'd be nice to have a professional day brace.
Unfortunately we are only the manufacturer of these braces. You would need to be seen by an orthotist or a physician who can place an order with us. Best wishes.

You didn't show exactly where the pressure point is. It must be from behind, not from the side of the curve, right?
The video demonstrates the lumbar pad providing a posterior lateral de-rotational force on the paraspinal musculature. The turquoise shapes are the placement of the pads for this type of curve.
