Purple Table Talk #12: I Am Bipolar & What!
There has been a total of 16 hospitalizations to date, and I still know I am a child of God. All of the prayers on my behalf were heard, and I was released to resume a comfortable lifestyle of gainful employment, recreation, and being of service to others. I understand I need to take care of myself first before I can take care of anyone else, too. I plan to incorporate a morning and evening medication regimen along with exercise, 3 meals, and maintaining a good hygience for an overall care plan for myself. It's basic and common, but it's crucial for my mental health stability.
This Purple Table Talk Series are videos to help me recap my mental health journey and showcase that I am not alone, nor am I perfect. I am just authentically living my life on earth temporarily for an eternal life with God, Christ, and the Holy Spirit, AMEN 🙏🏾.

Yes but what about those who don't ask for your forgiveness? The Lord doesn't just willy nilly forgive transgressions of those who aren't sorry.
I see. God forgives those whose heart is sorry and will try to do better, I think. I also know forgiveness from me is not for others, but to not hold negativity in my heart for others, while God works out justice for us all.
