They ripped off the high-end NAO robot from Softbank Robotics, copied their videos, then made a cheap knock off of the look without any of the sophisticated functionality. It's a scam, IP heft and false advertising all in one. The real NAO robot can sell for more than $10k.

If they had just been honest about the toys capabilities and offered it at a fair price, quite a few people would be willing to buy something like this for their younger children to enjoy playing with. It's a shame that they took the very low road, And that this is still being allowed to rip off the NAO brand and the consumers being deliberately misled into spending much more than the toy is worth.
I agree, it's still kind of neat and still something someone would purchase, but ridiculous the false advertising and over charging of the product they never had to sell.
I was suspicious of the price and wanted to see a review. It is now $19.99 buy 1 get one free!!! Good thing I stumbled on your review first. Thank you!!! For sure not going to buy this robot.

Najbolje je, da jih pokličete in preverite, ali lahko kaj storite, da dobite denar nazaj ali obrnete stroške. Mnoga podjetja za prevare pričakujejo, da ne boste storili ničesar, in tako se jim to reši. Če vidijo, da banka zahteva denar nazaj, si lahko premislijo ali pošljejo smeti, ki bi jih morali prodati za začetek.

Yes, looking back, it was a piece of junk, it worked well when it worked and I wasn't sure if it was something I did wrong when recharging it over night. I bought 4 different models over a years time, unfortunately so far this one lasted the longest at 6 months. I'm currently testing 2 others and I'm finding that the battery operated dispensers are more reliable. I'm not sure if any of the rechargeable dispensers will last a year, I guess we'll find out. I don't think they are made well and as far as I know the rechargeable batteries could be recycled? Thank You for the comment it helps to know that others are having the same problem.
got it for my machete. which slips out of my hands all the time because my hands get so sweaty at work. i need the stickiness because i cannot have a machete fly out of my hands 😂
I agree, safety first. I know some knives and even machetes come with a lanyard or cord wrap, but you end up paying extra for it. I could also see how a wrist wrap lanyard could become pretty uncomfortable after 8 hours of use. In any case sounds like you found a good practical use for it!
