Read his moveset and counter while moving into him
Once you get used to parrying his attacks, you basically take no damage.

Farm tanzakanites at world 2, if you're a higher level that has access to high dps weapons or magic, then farm nightmare by regenerating a private server(there is one in the pins of the LRW discord)
And another alternative, grind infinity dungeon and sell the following: Demon Fans, Eternal Set and Moon Set(DO NOT SELL MOON KATANA)

How can I do it?
Just counter by pressing E or don't get hit in general, it's easy when you get the hang of it. Although, stamina drain from lightning katana v2 's m1s can be a bitch.

Conq haki for stun and a 60% attack + 30% defense on armament and a budget infinity (observation haki). And yes, the ssj transformation is from broly artifact.
