आपकी टिप्पणी के लिए धन्यवाद, मैंने ये गमला स्टैंड स्क्रैप री-बार स्टील सरिया से स्वयं बनाया है जो हमारे घर पर पहले से ही उपलब्ध था.. इसलिए मौजूदा बाजार लागत आपको बताना मुश्किल है.. लेकिन एक 16 मिमी री-बार स्टील stand की अनुमानित लागत हो सकती है जैसा कि नीचे गणना की गई है एक स्टैंड का सैद्धांतिक अनुमानित वजन लगभग 7.108 किलोग्राम है और टीएमटी सरिया की वर्तमान बाजार दर 70 Rs प्रति किलोग्राम है, इसलिए एक स्टैंड की सामग्री लागत लगभग 7.108×70 Rs = 497.56 रुपये होगी, प्रत्येक स्टैंड में श्रम के रूप में लगभग 500 रुपये जोड़ें। वेल्डर का चार्ज या मेकिंग चार्ज। इसलिए एक स्टैंड की कुल अनुमानित लागत लगभग 997.56 रुपये होगी। गमला स्टैंड की adhik मात्रा के आधार पर श्रम शुल्क कम किया जा सकता है।

Thanks for your comment, I have ,self made these gamla stand from scrap re-bar steel which was already availabe at our home.. hence the excat current market cost is diffcult to told you.. But approximate cost of one no 16 mm re-bar steel stand can be calculate as below.. The theoritical aproximate weight of one stand is around 7.108 kg and the current market rate of tmt re- bar is 70 per kg hence the material cost of one stand will be around 7.108×70 = 497.56 Rs add approximate 500 Rs each stand as the labour charges or making charge of welder . Hence The total aproximate cost of one stand will be around 997.56 Rs . the labour charges can be reduce depending up on the quantity of gamla stand.

Yes you are right friend, the thin metal sheet could not withsand the large amount of heat generated by the burning barood/fuel of annar and get melt down and the mouth orrifice or nozzel of annar become large hence inside pressure of annar reduces conciquently the height of flair or spratters of annar reduces .. but friend by this experiment we learn , how to make a perfect cone , how to join sheet matel without weld or rivit , and enjoy the making of project Lohe ka ANNAR .
