Kids are just dead weight for most people. Only if you have a shitload of money,it could make sense to have kids. Because then you could hire babysitters and pay for daycare and school and whatever.

Discover is really good. I had good credit, but I wanted to go the secure card way and it improved my credit score even more. Then I was able to get a Discover It card and the whole 1 year cash back match. It did wonders for paying any debt that I had when I could apply the cash back I had received.

I have a family member who does campus bus driving and like it a lot-and they have driven in multiple jobs and not loved any of those. He says the college kids are the easiest to manage by far. 22 isn’t a fortune but maybe enough to add up to be able to get a new car.

Hey man, it s been 6 years now i hope you found something and your life is much better now. Im at the same situation right now and that amount of rejection i get daily makes me think about ending this circle. It s like a nightmare u see everyday cant see any sense doing it everyday ( applying...). Maybe as u say i need to look for another direction and that s what im focusing about rn. Thanks for sharing 👍👍

I first came across your content 7 years ago. I had mixed feelings, from relatability to scorn and even mockery. But you really are homeless, out of your car, living the American Nightmare. Between Bad Luck and Bad Choices what started you on this path of ShitLife? It's scary because there are more people like you.

Another possibility, now days companies have pretty significant background checks and they might find personal video channels like this one. Is it possible it rubbed them wrong that you have videos on these job topics? This is one of the reasons I don't do personal videos on Social media. My youtube channel is just an empty one with no videos in it and I don't even have any Facebook, twitter or others for them to find and pick over. I figure I could do that stuff when I'm retired and that stuff doesn't matter any more.

Hi Mark, here are a few topics I thought of but I was driving while you were live: 1) Talk with the chef and find out where the leftovers are kept. There surely should be some and maybe that can get you through the weekend and help stop some waste. Try to eliminate 100% of your food expense. 2) Big campuses have bus routes that take students to/from Walmart, etc., with routes running round trip throughout the day. Figure out how you can use that. 3) Campuses have e-bikes you can rent for cheap. Try that out for errands, etc. Those cars are too expensive to use regularly. 4) Just overall, talk with the peers you’ve met (and force yourself to attend the next thing you’re invited to) and ask them what types of benefits they know about so you can take advantage of this on-campus life. 5) Start to research the most reliable used cars in a price range you’ll realistically be paying for a car. Should it be a car you can sleep in if things go bad again? 6) Very cool you had a date! Keep the social life going. That’s good for your mental health. TTYL

Mark check if your oil cap is on tight, could be losing oil if it's loose. Car would overheat from losing oil, and you wouldn't be losing coolant. The last mechanic may have forgotten to tighten it when diagnosing if there's coolant in the engine

When your only employer is Uber with so many Uber drivers struggling to get tips and pay, I’ve applied to over 100 jobs had 3 in person and so many phone and zoom meeting interviews, a lot of companies don’t care and too so many people applying to the same job they have only one opening, I’ve applied to many multiple candidates hiring and it’s hard too, no feedback, I’ve had very pour recruiters, in the past I’ve been to 3 temp to hire agencies they all failed me (3 strike I’m out rule with other companies helping me ) I told a temp lady on the phone what I went through and I hung up. I’m trying to be patient I’m sure I will find better employment but factors like this job market, the economy, the corporate setting back burner of so many layoffs on the news so much against the applicants finding solid employment , there is no such thing as equal opportunity and employment so much unbalanced employment.

Good to hear you have a place to stay now! You look much better cleaned up and out of your car. It sounds like your boss has been very good to you so far by giving you a pay advance before you start work in order to fix your car, most employers wouldn't do that. Maybe reconsider theorizing you making more money than your boss on your livestream, since it can come across as kind of tacky. It may create drama with your work for when the frat guys inevitably watch your videos. Also good that the place is furnished. Sure it may be older furniture, but if this location may be temporary for you, it'd help you save money to just get accessories working with the things provided, compared to buying all brand new stuff in this economy. New couch cover, mattress cover and sheets, etc can make a huge difference

this may be old advice, but companies are trying to limit risk in hiring. Its not credit or debt, but how you are managing the debt. The best advice is to have a credit counseling or credit recovery service to help get your credit score up and clean up anything negative.

Its a small restaurant small staff and yes I can see why we can keep it clean because there would nothing else to do .. Im going to be a sandwich maker but part time because of my disability conditions it limits sometimes my mobility to move fast, but I can try to work, making sandwiches allows me to use my hands and I'm ok with that .Great customer service and I can run cashier too..but nothing heavy lifting or back breaking I just need a smooth easy job
