I just need to know if a LIHTC property raise my rent 20% I just received a letter stating that my rent will raise 200 dollars, my neighbor is only raising 2% we make similar amounts what is that about?
What about 50-60% LIHTC; program /property? In my area there aren't 80/20 properties. At least very little.
If a person is receiving Homestead or a Tax freeze can they still get a tax/rebate.

im pretty sure if this law was challenged in the supreme court it would be struck down because it violates to US constitution protecting people from unreasonable searches and seizures. the government is not allowed to make a law that allows other people to steal someones property. the only reason it still stands is because no ones challenged it yet. if that happened to me id sue the court/government/judge/petitioner for compensation under the takings clause. if they argue that they can do this for the public good that sounds like emanate domain to me and it requires the owner to be compensated for their loss. there are plenty of avenues the city can take to fine or cite the owner of the property. i seen a news story the other day about someone who lost their house while they were renovating it. nothing but a bunch of thieves.

Could someone please answer this question.. after the 1st LIHTC recertification, what docs are required for income and assets on every recertification thereafter?
In my case they just give you a piece of paper, a form that I fill out. Reporting my previous year's income and using that to estimate the expected income. But then they do whatever they do with that data. They ask also about household size and student status.

A fence around the property and posted signs to warn people to stay out and under construction should stop people from trying conservatorship on a recently acquired property
the law doesnt stop people in that case.

False representation of extension of Federal moratorium. It has been in play since March 2020 including provision from President Trump and President Biden.
Is there any consideration for the landlords financially and their health due to extreme and unprecedented stress due to carrying non paying tenants housing and utilities. Are landlords covered individuals?
I am a retired senior citizen on a fixed income who has been dealing with two roommates for a year who haven’t contributed to their portion of housing and utilities even though they received unemployment with bonuses and stimulus. The stress caused me to break out with shingles for two months and two weeks of hospitalization. I had to reach out to social services as well arranged rental assistance application. To date no monies have come in.
What about the crisis the Landlords are dealing with. Protection of one group of people while abusing another group of people doesn’t truly solve a problem only creates and extends a larger crisis.

What rights to recourse does a victim have when they locate a police report showing a police officer giving their VAWA protected new identity and new safe relocated address to their perpetrator? Is there legal recourse to this?
