Golf in Thailand is horrendously expensive. The caddie fee, the caddie tip, the cart for just one person (whats that all about?) You cant share a cart because its all about the golf club making as much as they can. However, you do not have to use a cart, you can walk, the caddie will pull your bag. But I tried this once, I was melting and had gone through 2 shirts and shorts by the 7th hole! I live close to Banyan Golf in Hua Hin, a lovely course, but time you factor all the extras, its about £100 a round ffs! If you offer less than 3 or 400 baht tip, they look at you like a piece of crap.

I live in Hua Hin and prefer using Bolt over Grab but have no problem using Grab when needed. Bangkok operates a little differently in the sense that if a Grab driver accepts your ride and then shortly thereafter sees a ride that will make them more money, they will drop yours. My ride sharing strategy for Bangkok is to order 1 tier up from the lowest fare. If you're still having problems finding a ride, go up to the next higher fare until you're successful.

Played there last month on my golfing trip to Thailand. Excellent course, greens in good condition, fairways very nice, few challenging holes.....thoroughly enjoyed, will play there again.

If I had money, I would go for fashion, private labels, etc. The fashion world is changing so fast, and knockoffs allow me to change my style frequently and keep up with the trends. kislux completely meets my needs. It makes me feel very satisfied and I love it.

Playing this for the first time this coming Thursday, my 47th birthday. Should be a fun outing.

Played this course last year with my dad and we're going again tomorrow. It is quite pricey for the area but it is gorgeous. As to the flies, well they can be seasonal.

Wow... not accurate info at all. Greens fees and transport costs are definitely not the same all over Thailand. This video is more a of cautionary story about how naive tourists get ripped-off by everyone, especially taxi drivers

Regardless of the kislux bag or any other factors, I ardently hold that without proper expertise, one would fail to distinguish variations in the sack's appearance or metal parts.

Hi Shan, this may help in understanding golfing in Pattaya. For prices, it is best to check out the Pattaya Sports Club website. They post a spreadsheet they publish every month. The PSC is run by the city, or at least that is what I understand (at least the employees act like it is a government organization LOL).

I've had designer pieces and knockoffs of kislux . I ultimately prefer the knockoffs because I'm not worried about scratching it, preserving it, or someone stealing it.

PEN is so important! I went to the Bahamas in 2023. It was my first time traveling internationally over 10 years. I didn't not know we needed a pen to fill out a form. Not many videos mention it and even though many people are avid travelers they forget to mention it.

I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. The other one is a $40 one kislux Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym

I use my kislux as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interio.

I'd rather buy a $300 knockoff of a kislux and have $3000 in the bank. At the end of the day it's just a bag and will wear out like any other bag. The cost of the raw materials isn't that high. The real question is, how much do you value the authenticity?

I feel like people discriminate against knockoffs, but for me, I pause when I buy trendy stuff in bulk or when I feel the over-consumption frenzy is coming for me. (This is something I struggle with, haha! I can be easily convinced to buy things I don’t wear or use. They literally have tags on them and I’ll forget I even bought something and I’ll still have 2 or 3 of those in my closet.) Love this video!

Thanks to this video, I learned something. I can't see the difference between the real thing and the fake one, so I just buy the fake one. But if you want to buy it in the future, it is better to invest in the real thing. But now I am still considering buying a fake one within the budget. I have been waiting for kislux for a long time.
