I don't have 4 actual presidents in comics stories that I enjoyed but I went president adjacent. I hope thats OK. 1) in Savage Dragon the S.O.S. got invited to the white house by Bill Clinton. While they were there Slick Willie tried to thank Super Patriot for his service and Super Patriot proceeded to verbally rip President Clinton a new anus. 2) I'm sure you both remember when Lex Luthor was President. Once in a Outsiders comic Joker kidnapped him looking for the nuclear weapons he bought from a previous President. While he was torturing him Lex mumbled something and when Joker leaned for a closer listen Lex said "Does it bother you Batman likes Catwoman better?" And follows up with a joke about how Batman will never actually take him to prom. 3) If you ever get the chance, there was a Sandman story about a kid named Prez who wanted to be president and became president and was a good guy and did good things. I liked it its extremely wholsome, but I walked away with the belief that could only happen in a work of fiction. 4) In the first Tick live action show they saved Jimmy Carter from the Red Scare. "MEN IN WRESTLING OUTFITS!!! HELP!!!"

Well you guys said Dusk Till Dawn, Blade, and Renfield so my other Fantastic Four would be: Nosferatu: Its a little slow during the montage but Max Schreck is terrifying everytime he's on screen. Brom Stoker's Dracula: It's dated and weird but it is a classic. John Carpenter’s Vampire’s: Its silly but it's fun. Atomic Age Vampire: its barely a vampire movie but it has Vampire in the title and it was a neat idea.

Everyone forgets about John DiMaggio's Joker in the animated movie version of Under the Red Hood. He did great.

Hey dudes. For the Halloween candy Reese’s is number one for a chocolate treat but big shout out to the nerds clusters. They weren’t around when I was growing up but I get them now as my go to sweet treat. I was reorganizing my comics which I try to do every year. Seeing if I want to get rid of anything and consolidating boxes. Which made me think of some questions for you guys. How do you decide what you keep in your collection? Do you organize them by publisher? Do you put them in alphabetical order? Do you have a box specific for one thing like I have an xmen box and a box for my peach momoko comics. Thought it would be nice to hear how you decide what to keep and how you store your collection. Stay cool

The only real good one I could come up with was combining the Blob and Strong Guy. Who we would just call Fat Guy and his power would be to transform any force focused against him into fat. Then he'd die in his first major fight due to obesity.

From Preston - Hey dudes I have not received my issue of Exceptional X-Men #1 yet but I didn't want you to think that I don't listen or that I'm ignoring you. I did choose the sick Rose Besch cover so I'm excited to get it. I just hope they talk about how Katherine went from assassinating people as Shadowkat to running a bar to get away from the drama that she will inevitably get back into.

This one is really long so you guys dont have to read it. Its for the algorithm. That being said, I can't believe nobody said, "I'm not even supposed to be here today." You had a guest even. Jake called Casey and Garrett Dante and Randal. I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed. For real tho, I think I agree with Casey's observation about Kevin saying he didn't think he could write a good Batman. With Batman, at least in the eyes of his fans, he's only allowed so many flaws before people start to get upset. Then you look at Tusk, which is a Kevin Smith movie about a guy who gets turned into a Walrus. *spoilers for Tusk* The main character is a total jerk who gets upset that he's not going to have content cuz the guy he was going interview committed suicide. Meanwhile his girlfriend is cheating on him while he's away with his best friend and podcast co host cuz she gets depressed when he leaves cuz she knows he's cheating on him but she won't leave him cuz she loves him so much. None of that is necessary. It's a movie about a guy who gets turned into a Walrus. But it adds depth and makes you see these characters as people. I know I don't have to tell you guys but you can't do that with Batman and not have someone not very loudly not like it. So when Batman cheats on his fiance or pees his pants or changes his personality cuz his mind was fogged enough by sex that he's considering giving up the game or freaking out cuz he met someone who he trusted someone enough to quit and then having to make sure she's who she says she is cuz how could he meet someone he likes that much, it makes sense Kev would write that and also people wouldn't like it. And just so anyone who's into this knows, somewhere on the internet there's a podcast where Kev directed Ralph Garman (who does impressions) through readings of both of these and it's pretty funny. I couldn't find it or I would have posted the link.

My Fantastic Four would be: Tnmt and Daredevil just cuz everyone wants it Hellboy and the IDW Ghostbusters A 3 way team up between any Amalgam characters and the two they combined to make them. Like Superman, Captain America, and Super Solder or Batman, Wolverine, and Dark Claw. Then, for me and probably just me, Judge Dredd and The Creature Commandos. Honorable mention to Deadpool and Savage Dragon for the jokes.

For X-men, let's give the ones who haven't been done justice. Angel, Cyclops, Kitty Pryde, and Storm.

My Fantastic 4 cameos that I'd like to see would be: The little girl that played Tony Stark's daughter as Dooms daughter Any Punisher Jeffery Combs as a Dr. Strange Character James Marsden Cyclops I'm not sure any of those would make sense but that's what I want. The thing from Comic Con that stood out for me besides Doom was the Creature Commandos and as a big Creature Commandos fan I'm very upset at how bad it looks and even more upset that I'm probably going to watch it anyway. Ima buy a lot of stuff from Super7 but I really like their Weirdest line and their Worst line. And for the record I'm on volume 11 of 13 of IDW TMNT and you guys would like it. It's just like you said there's a lot if it and you'd have to make time for 13 volumes. But it does put a different perspective on the Last Ronin cuz this is supposed to be the same universe I think and it's definitely written like a lighter version of that.

You forgot about the new Justice Legaue Unlimited comic coming in November. The Justice Legaue is back with the creative team of Mark Waid and Dan Mora. Can't wait for it!

Hey dudes! Loved hearing that you guys enjoyed X-men #1 the other week. I finally got mine in and so far I really like how it feels a bit more grounded. Previously they were bouncing around earth, Krakoa, mars and even the after life. Now they’re chilling in Alaska lol. Rebuilding in a very cool spot for a new HQ. I was a bit put off by the beast design at first but it’s growing on me. 9/10 would recommend. Also if you see a character and are thinking to yourself “aren’t they dead?”, just remember that on Krakoa they were able to resurrect almost any mutant. The ending had me thinking of a question for you guys. How do you feel about using QR codes in comics? Not in the way that they have them in ads but like in the story. The ending of X-men #1 just seemed to leave the last page out for us to look at on our phones. I’ve seen it done well with Ninja Funk where they would have it hidden in the art and it would launch an website for a song they made to tie in with the comic. Super fucking neat. I can’t however remember another time anyone used QR codes in their comics. Do you have any that you remember and what’s your feelings on them being used? Love you byeeeee

Ok sorry I missed the last 2. My Fantastic Four indie comics 1) Hellboy. Glad I watched the movie first cuz the comic was way better but if I hadn't seen the movie I probably wouldn't have read the book. It combines unique and amazing art with paranormal lore that is rooted in "real" folklore and history with a main character that is like a nicer Ben Grimm. 2) Kaiju Max. Casey already said this but its amazing. It does a great job of towing the line between edgy prison drama and full tilt nerdy kaiju stuff. 3) Mountain HeAd. I don't know that I'd recommend this to everyone but I loved it. It's scary and beautiful. 4) Sink. This might actually be my favorite comic right now. It's like all the weird movies that used to be at the video store back in the day all happened in the same town. It's horror, it's action, it's comedy. (I'd like to point out that all of these but Hellboy were shown to me by Casey so thanks Casey)

Hey dudes! That sucks to hear about Blade losing another director but I do think it will still happen. Them having Mahershala Ali on stage and making a big deal about the announcement put them in a corner they just can’t back out of. That being said I’m not very hopefully that it will be good. When it comes to Acolyte I’m definitely not as down on it as Jake. It’s influenced by a Kurasawa movie that gives different perspectives of an event revealing info from multiple points of view but this show is not doing a good job with it so far but hopefully in the end it will make sense. I really want to see how it all plays out but episode 4 had me disappointed in more than one way. It also ended with the shitty anime trope of, the cool battle is about to start but right as the first blow is about to happen it drops to credits. I said fuck you out loud twice for episode 4. Lastly Casey I genuinely think you would like Andor. It’s a great sci-fi story that just happens to take place in the Star Wars universe. Stay cool my dudes! PS super happy that both are you are interested in the new X-men run

For the Fantastic Four 1) All Star Superman. Casey recommended this to me and I'm not a big Superman fan so I didn't have any expectations for it and it is one of the best comics I've ever read 2) One Star Squadron. You guys talked about it but I guess I forgot about it and Casey got it for me for my birthday and I had no idea what it was and it ended up being brilliant. Going the other way at 3)Peter David's run on Supergirl. I'm big Peter David guy and was hyped to check it out and it got weird in a hurry. I didn't finish it. 4)the Teen Titans book that came out after they canceled Young Justice and Titans. They took characters I loved from Young Justice and put them in, to put it politely, a very different book.

Just leaving a comment for the algorithm. I don't actually know monkeys. That being said I'd watch the shit out of a James Gunn directed Konga.

Hey my dudes! If they were to do an Old Republic show they could just do the game but I think it would be much better to do before the game. It could cover the Mandalorian Wars and could also involve characters from the game since most of them had history or a part in the war. Would be very cool to see Revan turn to the dark side. The series finale could Rogue One it and end at the beginning of the game. Maybe by the time they finish a couple seasons in 2030 we can finally get the remake with characters having likenesses from the show. Hit me up Filoni! Fantastic Duos for me Cassie and Steph (Batgirls) Constantine and Zatanna Anakin and Thrawn Collen Wing and Misty Knight. I found out about their friendship in Spider- Man Miles Morales and now I really want to read Daughters of the Dragon

Ok my Fantastic Duos Judge Dredd and Judge Rico either before Rico went crazy or when it was the second Rico Catman and Deadshot pretty much all the time. Multiple Man and Strong Guy. And Superman and Batman specifically from the World's Finest run when Lex Luthor was president and Superman was on the run from the law.

My Fantastic Four for this week is gonna start with Batman and Catwoman specifically when it's the two of them. I think people would think it would be hot but, I imagine it'd be very impersonal or involve a lot if crying. Possibly whips. 2) I can't imagine Deadpool doing anything that could be considered sexy. Like, ignoring the skin thing, I can't see him being serious long enough to make thar work. 3) Indigo and Shift. They were a part of an android and a part of Metamorpho and one time we got to kinda see what they look like in the middle of relations and it raised more questions then answers when I think I already know more then I wanted. 4) worst for last, the Ninja Turtles. I know a few of them have had relations in various different canons and as soon as my brain starts to inch towards the door that says "here's what that might look like" I'm immediately like, NOPE that can stay locked. And just to weigh in on the Savage Dragon part of the discussion as someone who's read the majority of it there was a lot of very very great stuff for a very long time. Dragon was a great character. There would be like 6 overlapping stories going on all at once that kept you interested. Both the bad guys and the good guys were cool. And I tell you all of that to tell you: I can't really recommend this book to anybody as it is anymore. The last bit has become porn that happened to have super heros in it. Not just porn either like, over the top hentai. There's one bit that happened that I won't repeat on here but, it was amongst some of the most messed up stuff I've ever read or seen which covers a lot of ground. To the point where I'm surprised more people on the internet aren't talking about it. But then maybe there isn't that many people still talking about Savage Dragon. CAN'T IMAGINE WHY

I will make the argument Cowboy Bebop is the best anime from the perspective of everybody likes this show. Like Casey said, might not be their favorite but everyone recognizes its greatness. See you Space Cowboys

Hey my dudes! Fantastic Four from me this week for favorites from each era of Star Wars are: Kotor is the winner hands down for the old republic era with the best character being HK47 who is an incredibly ruthless and hilarious assassin droid. I did play the old republic mmo and had a max lvl bounty hunter before it went free to play. The mmo is really good and has unique stories for each class that is like it’s own kotor game. Everything is voice acted and it actually has the world record for voices lines in a game. Prequels for the movies would be Phantom Menace, nothing will ever be as cool as duel of the fates. Favorite video game from that era is the movie tie in for Revenge of the sith. It’s an action game that follows the movie and (from what I remember) felt really good to play. It also has an incredible multiplayer fighting game built in. Favorite character from the era is Mace Windu. Original trilogy would be Empire but if we include everything from that era it would be Andor. That and Rogue One are my favorites out of all Star Wars movies/shows. Favorite characters have always been Boba Fett and Lando. Sequel trilogy favorite movie is the force awakens. Probably due to the excitement and hope that it brought. Babu Frik is my favorite character and the Knights of Ren were also bad ass or at least looked cool.

My Fantastic Four this week is me copying you guys for the first 2 KOTOR 1 (I did not play either mmos) The Podracing for the 64 The Tie Fighter Game And I haven't seen any of the current Era of Star Wars so I can't give a real opinion. Sorry.

Hello my fellow Analac's(?) My Fantastic Four would be mostly agreeing with Jake I think Spiderman proved that a comic accurate esque movie could make boat loads of cash IF you got someone who cared about the subject to make it. Then Iron Man for the obvious starting the Marvel Cinematic universe And on that same subject the Avenger's (the first one) cuz it proved beyond a shadow of a doubt this cross over stuff makes money (for better or worse) And probably Batman 1989, cuz Batman movies have ALWAYS printed money and other then the Batman 66 movie that was based off the show it was the first. Honorable mentions: Deadpool could have shown that Rated R comic movies make money but people kinda just said "Deadpool movies make money" Speaking of Deadpool and Wolverine could be important depending on how they pivot but we will have to see. But, as far as Hockey I do feel bad for you guys as Penguin's fans but not as bad as I do for Sydney Crosby. Cuz he played amazing this year and that team just sucked too much for him to drag them into the playoffs.

Ok, sorry, had to catch up. First I wanna ask a follow up question about Swamp Thing's birthday party: does that mean the cake is made out of meat. Cuz the thought that repulsed me, then intrigued me, then made me hungry. Like do you do gravy or BBQ sauce or hot sauce instead of frosting? Is is smoked or grilled? Is there bones in the cake? Sorry I had a lot of questions but my FANTASTIC FOUR is gonna be made up mostly of new 52 books that I liked that got canceled. 1&2 are for the same reasons I, Vampire and Resurrection Man. I'm not going to tell you those were "good" books but man they were the most junk food comics. They were so bananas ass batshit crazy and always ended on a cliff hanger that made you go how the hell are they gonna wrap this up and they and would and set up another equally crazy cliff hanger and I loved it. 3 Frankenstein Agent’s of Shade (preferably with the Creature Commandos) again, it was a dumb book but it was fun and I LOVE the creature commandos. More the original then the new but the idea of Universal Studeos esque monsters killing Nazi’s and/or fighting crime makes me happy. And having a Frankenstein's Monster who's supposed to be a more over the top version of Nick Fury is fun too. 4 (cuz Jake already said JLA Dark) Red Robin. Kinda cuz you guys wanted no more Robin's kinda cuz I think that costume is awesome and if Batman doesn't have a Robin does Dick Grayson or Tim Drake or Jason Todd still become a crime fighter? Obviously...Damien would be a bit more complicated to write year one with Batman but that could be compelling too. Year one Batman...with a kid? Any yes I am also tired.

Hey my dudes! My choice for influential comic book movie would be the Blade trilogy. The first one came out a couple years before we got X-men and Spider-Man movies. Something about being the first one of that era and rated R really set a darker tone for a lot comic book movies of the early 2000. Also if I could have any color pencil right now it would be purple. No real reason other than I just like purple.

EVERYBODY CHECK OUT SUPER7!!! THERE STUFF IS AMAZING!!! Nobody noticed that everyone at my wedding Fantastic Four was made up of evil or evil adjacent characters because Weddings are how you punish your friends and family for letting you get married. (So says the divorced guy) For my Fantastic Four I think Darkseid's birthday might be a bad time. I don't really know why. Just doesn't seem like a party animal to me. While I like him I imagine Swamp Thing's might suck. Like probably be outside but you wouldn't have a bon fire for threat of forest fires and then I'm not sure what you'd have to eat. Like unless you can photosynthesize(?) are you going hungry? Like would you eat vegan or would that be offensive? Atrocitus might be a bad time. Although he could have like a rage room but even then everybody he'd invite would probably take it too far. But I think probably the worst would be Damien Wayne. Now I'm biased cuz I don't care for the little shit but 1) he has rich parents so what could you get him that he doesn't already have? 2) he has zero chill and would straight up tell you if he thought your gift was trash and 3) he'd probably have 2 of them you'd have to go to, based on his family situation, or one awkward one where both parents are there and trying to pretend like they get along.

This episode is like the opposite of mediocre. Am i right?

For my Fantastic Four I was thinking: Dr. Doom officiating because if he cared and wanted too that would be an amazing speech and it might be even better if he didnt. Deadpool as the best man for the bachelor party is the best man's speech Catwoman for the maid of honor cuz she'd be a good time but also smart enough to fix whatever Deadpool screwed up. And probably Lex Luthor as the wedding planner cuz he'd hire someone else to do it who was actually very good.

My Mt. Rushmore of Batman villains would be Joker Penguin Two Face and Ra's Al Ghul That is based on my belief on their importance to Batman not my favorites. To both of your points Bane is one of my all time favorite characters, however hes only really known for the one arch and I liked him best in Secret Six. And when I was a kid there was an old cartoon where Mr. Freeze was the scariest guy. And he had a fish bowl on his head. And my favorite Bond movie is probably any with Jaws and my favorite Bond is Pierce Brosnan.

Favorite Bond movies from the separate eras are Skyfall, The Man with the Golden Gun and Goldeneye. My Batman Rogues are Riddler, Scarecrow, Catwoman and for the bit White Rabbit
