Here, chocolatier Iain Burnett has harnessed local ingredients and mastery of chocolate-making to craft the world’s finest truffle. ‘It’s this landscape that yields such outstanding produce, and alongside our local dairy producers we often use seasonal fruits from Blairgowrie and honey from a nearby apiary’. Providing employment for over a dozen locals and committed to fair trade, chocolate’s never had a better story.
