    More than being teach this for a classroom excercice, it should be teach as a cogntivie technique to comprehend something. In your head, make as many questions as possible, then improve some of them and then choose the the 3 most important ones. This is a good framework to "give yourself permission" to think which for some people, they lose awareness of our most important right of all others. The right to think,

    African Americans - 1870 Women - 1920 Native Americans - 1924 Even with the passing of Fifteenth Amendment, Native Americans were still prevented from participating in elections because the Constitution left it up to the states to decide who had the right to vote. After the passage of the The Snyder Act of 1924, it still took over forty years for all fifty states to allow Native Americans to vote.
