Hi, tried doing this yesterday but the manifold itself was very stuck to the engine block, any tips to get it moving?

Is it absolutely necessary to unbolt the manifold from the head to reach this pipe? I had the manifold off only last year for carbon cleaning and dread the prospect of having to disconnect everything again just for access.

Hi, I saw in another videos that after replacing the sensor they are using the diagnostic tool to calibrate the car for new nox sensor. Is it needed? Or did you just replace and clear the DTC? Code P220E on E200 2017.

This is complete nonsense, mine cracked in exactly the same place and in the same way and I was stranded on the road. Why doesn't such a big car company recall and replace this obviously faulty part?

Have the same fault on my petrol model, got the original part to be safe for £300, £60 labour to fit. Hoping this will solve the problem for good. These parts are an absolute bump, Mercedes tried to charge me £550 for the part alone.

Great video mate. Just one thing, it did not work for me...I found out why. Mine has two little connectors that go to the back of the airbag. One of them was not pushed in far enough. When I re clicked it in it worked. Just to help anyone out.

Hello, great video really informative. I keep getting P2201 error code with check engine light which i have cleared and after several hundred miles keeps coming back. Does this mean i need to replace Nox sensor same as in video?

Hello, I was wondering what size the brake discs were on the RS3. Couldn’t find it anywhere on the Internet also, I’m about to order new brake discs from Brembo but seen that there are 2 sizes. 340mm and 370mm. Any Idea which one I need? on drivers side air filter, the firewall panel can be removed, 4 bolts. still pain in ass/back
