Now this is a nice surprise! This is a very charming little minuet you've got there. I like it a lot! The only thing I would personally change is the opening melody. It's a bit short and I feel like it ends prematurely, I'd personally lengthen it a little bit. I would give you an example of how, but unfortunately TH-cam doesn't allow pictures. Perhaps look into typical melodic structures like period and sentence form? That aside though this is a lovely minuet and I thought it was very cute, very charming, and fit the vibes of a minuet perfectly in general. Keep up the good work! you're doing great!

no, it just modulates very quickly to the sub dominant key (as it does also in the B section), but the entire piece is in B flat

You compose nice little pieces, but to take it to the long form, I challenge you to compose a sonata!

If it's in f major all the flats will be automatically flats you don't have to put a flat an since you have it in the base cliff you didn't need to flat it in the tribble we know it's automatically
Sometimes (a lot of times) musicians forget to revert back to the original key after playing a note a with an accidental. It's not necessary but it's good practice
