After the nerfs, this dropped to about 39k (if you use weave self without going into water or air). I used a birthday cake (and a toxic focusing crystal) because I was cheap. With the 100 condi damage/70 expertise food, you can switch the headgear to grieving stats. Can definitely be improved but I like the simplicity of the rotation. The cooldowns almost always seem to line up nicely with attu...
