Goes to show this dude is only in the advert for the money without knowing the true facts n false claims by the company...that made him a part of the falsehood! Hossan should come out and apologise for been part of it n now declared the nice words he said about the products are all false...

Their directors has been warned by the authority not to make false claims again n there are few things their co need to do. One of which is to put an ad on their Website n social media platform to own up their false claims. One of their false claims is that their products are made in Spore & Korea but in actual fact its china made. They also made false claims about their before n after price ...can we still trust such a co? Goes to show how dirty they are..as dirty as the pond water they use to fool everyone in their experiment...all customers should boycott their products! N also beware of other similar products making unproven claims!

White blinking light - filter 1. Yellow blinking light - filter 2. Don't change both filters at once otherwise you're wasting one or the other. I'd ask Sterra to update the video to include this, but I don't think they'd bother based on my other comment 1 year ago.

Shame of this co for making false claims after they have been proven to have made false claims by some university PHD students who carry out the test...the brand claims our tap water is not suitable for drinking n falsely claim they tested it but in actual fact they were using water probably from some ponds with bacteria etc...Shouldn't trust this brand anymore. Im sure there are many more things they falsely claim too. Shame on them!!
