The second that she said lawyer she would be fired at any company she worked for. I’ve seen it happen. Also, I have seen soooo many people screw up their careers with online posts. It’s a real thing and people are always dumbfounded, thinking they can say anything they want.

same thing happend to my co- worker. he did the work and they picked someone else. but for 2 months. he did the work. got no extra pay. they screwed him over. and he no longer wanted it ever.

This is why ya'll have to manage expectations. If I finish a job at somebody's house and it took 2 hours I'm not going to get to go home early. They're going to keep adding more and more work even though it's still the same work day and technically my tasks are complete. This is how you learn to make a two-hour job turn into an 8-hour job .

Nobody seems to understand what the freedom of speech right is about. There are consequences for what you say. A business can absolutely fire you for what you say on social media and they are within their rights to do so and no your right to freedom of speech does not protect you from that.

Ooh ooh ohh! I got one! I worked at an insurance company and I sat right outside the vice president’s office. An agent for our company called the v.p. to complain that I was terribly rude to him but the v.p. had heard my half of the call and he pretty much called the agent a liar. Then he called the agent’s boss and the boss made the agent call me and apologize. It was glorious.
