I arrived here from the Undiscovered Scotland website, where they reviewed a recent book titled: "The House with 46 chimneys" by Ken Lussey, using Dunmore Park as the setting. It is set in the early months of the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown. I haven't read it myself, but it sounds intriguing, involving some relocated kids and a 192-year old mystery! Just FYI.
@@tommyboy8588 thought you were a drone user lol, those names will mean nothing to you then. My daughter was at the site there and invited us up for the weekend..Lovely place.
Fantastic video Richard Rae love it and the music is great was so nice to meet you and penny Rae hope to meet use again and hope u both had a good journey back home x
www.caa.co.uk/Consumers/Unmanned-aircraft/Recreational-drones/Permissions-and-exemptions-for-drone-flights/ Article 95 of the ANO states that, if you wish to fly your camera fitted drone: within 150m of either a congested area or an organised open air crowd of more than 1000 persons and / or within 50m of people or properties/objects that are not under your control
I know that problem giving them all a fair go when you own so many lol , have you bought the mavic 2 yet , I added the Zoom model so I can still get close shots from a distance , helps with all the regulations on keeping your distance from people etc .
My Nana & Grampa lived a short walk from this Dunmore Estate. When we were kids back in the early 1980's me & family & friends used to drive up here with torches and ladders to go exploring inside, while the roof was still on. I always remember being lowered down into the basement area on a rope with the spooky dark passages filled with debris and boxes of god knows what still inside. There was also a chapel around the back of the castle. I did meet Lady Dunmore a few years back and I told her the same story. One of the staircases led to an infirmary room, so if memory serves me, it was used as a private boarding school, like in Miss Peregrine's school for peculiar children. If Eva Green was head teacher I'd definitely consider smoking a pipe.
Hi there. Was hoping to send you a private email but you haven't confirmed your name on youtube yet which results in you not being able to receive private emails. It was regarding this video. We would like, with your permission, to use some of the aerial footage of this video in our next Dunmore video if that would be alright with yourself?. We are happy to credit you in whichever way you see fit as creator / owner of the footage of course. Please respond as soon as you can. Many thanks!
Great shots, would be nice with music, if you click the note symbol on edit page you can add music from youtube archive, there is loads to choose from by theme or keyword.
Nice detailed video of the pineapple. I visited here fairly recently. You may be interested in visiting the old Dunmore House which is about a half hours walk at the back of the pineapple. I went there as well. Hazel
Great video Richard, still can't believe how stable this is.....don't you just love dogs who take an interest in flying.....I had a lab chasing my heli in dollar park, and I was desperate to land it....

great video i have plans to go on sunday i hope the weather is on my side
Very nice POI
Bo Arabäck Thank you.Very pleased with the Mavic Pro,much more portable than my Phantom 4.
beautiful place . i been there for fishing .catch three trout two month ago.
Cool - I think you need a faster memory card - That sticking in the footage is usually due to low write speeds
Drone On no sticking on the video as far as I can see.The slight stop at the beginning was the drone initialising the orbit mode.
You're right - Apologies, must have been me, my pc or net connection when I watched it last.
Very cool, as a lad I was always into this stuff.
Nice footage I am planning to take my DJI Phantom 3 Pro to something the same
wonderful
Very nice job! Thanks.
