How often do you have to change the batteries in your mouse and keyboard?
I'd say, once a week I charge nuphy keyboard, and once a month the logitech mouse
Those chair wheels will rip through your hardwood floor over time. I recommend buying a transparent plastic mat that's made for this. If you ever feel curious about a higher profile keyboard, the Nuphy Halo75 v2 is amazing.

Cool setup, G! I saw that desk on Walmart and looks great but the only thing is that I have big fatty LG ergo that weight way too much I think I will go with the flexi or vernal but this still a good one for a lightweight gear.

I don't think a mutex is appropriate here. A mutex is applicable to applications. A unique field constraint may be another option here. But consider any performance impacts.
