So when covers off . In season dont pep accidentally stub there toe on brass anchor. I have a inground pool i need something like this . Exp living in Michigan .

This is wrong! At the 20 second mark, you can see that the strap is not being looped through the floating buckle on the spring. Also the still shots are hiding what's actually going on. Pretty bad when a manufacturer publishes instructions that are wrong, especially for a safety related task.
