As a lot of people who "works" on showing homes, they are not professionals at all. Just come here, walk strange (like if they were on a model show) and say what we all see. "Here the room, here the view, here the kitchen..., and of course, marble, marble, marble". I can see it. Well it can be porcelanic instead of marble, but who cares! They never talk about materials (windows, insulation, floors, worktops...), efficiency, chauffage, air con., schools nearby, sqm, orientation...

I didn't like the interior. It looked like it came all out of them brochure as for the job lot of marble looks awful locations is good no mention about parking. I guess the person who would buy it would just rip everything out and start again with a really good designer.
