Welcome to GO ASTRONOMY (go-astronomy.com).
**NEW VIDEOS EACH MON AND THU**
When you look up at the night sky,
you may find the familiar outline of
stars that mark the constellations.
But there are celestial wonders there that
cannot be seen with the naked eye. Magnificent
star clusters, nebulae, and galaxies that
lie studded against the vast cosmic backdrop.
Some of these objects lie in our Milky Way galaxy,
others far beyond our local group of galaxies.
Each image moves you out further, both in space and in time.
The speed of light is a humbling experience.
By the time the photons have reached your eye,
the telescope lens, or camera sensor,
they may have traveled many millions of years.
These messengers bring an image back in time,
a ghost snapshot of the distant past.
There is no grander endeavor than to study and comprehend the universe.
For our species, the future is literally looking up.

These videos are always a treat.
I've seen lyra and other constellations
Good
Beautiful images!
Thanks for visiting
How they're merging with each other 🤩🤩
There's gotta be someone else.
I always enjoy these videos. Peaceful and relaxing.
For whoever is watching out our there... I will be what you've always wanted from me. Which is a lot, but it warms my heart, brain, and pepe
Very interesting, didn´t not these DSO and the constellation. In the future, once I get a dedicated camera, I know where to go. Clear skies
I saw Procyon and Sirius this morning!
Ophiuchus ⛎️ ⛎️ ⛎️ ⛎️ ⛎️ 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍🐍🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Wish I was there because Earth is a shit hole now
So entertaining and beautiful. Thank you. One day, I know, worthy companion will meet me and find just as much enjoyment in the cosmos as I do ❤❤❤❤❤
You are so kind
Wow. I really like what you’re doing here.
Glad you enjoy it!
Looks a little like Scorpius
Love the music! It adds to the sense of wonder.

Thank you! 😊
So much beautiful 🫶🫶🫶👍👍👍😍😍😍
Thank you so much 😀
Yes we want more astronomy!
Astonishing
I find Corvus somehere in between exotic and mistique constellations. M104 a favorite for sure in this constellation. Nice video !! Music, fast explanations, no boring talk. Tnx !
why not add cat paw nebula and war and peace nebula?
Those lie in Scorpius, not Sagittarius.
@@goastronomy ok
why not include crab nebula?
The Crab is in Taurus, not Orion.

Aww
One of my favorite channels! I have no telescope and this is fascinating to me, exploring the cosmos.
Glad you enjoy the channel! There is literally a universe of things to explore (and videos to create:)
For a brief moment I thought I was watching Blade Runner.
We're going exponential, aren't we?
