Castulo Castro AKA "Rama Cas" originally born in Colombia, South America , and moved to New York in 1967 at the age of 4 . He was raised in the area of Far-Rockaway, Queens.
Cas first started his interest in kung fu at the age of 13 when the martial arts icon Bruce Lee was blasting the theaters with his action films. In 1980 Cas moves with his mom to Venezuela, South America,
During his stay in Venezuela Cas continued practising the martial arts and obtained his Black belt in kung fu in 1989.
In 2005 Cas was certified by the Zulia state Association of Wu Shu as their Tai Chi instructor.
He's a committed Tai chi Chuan practitioner & instructor.
Cas continued his studies in yoga by training under Jimmy Barkan, and was certified in the Barkan Method Hot yoga Level I Ft. Lauderdale 2006.
Cas also does hands on healing such as Reiki and Thai Yoga massage.
Cas is an active exercise instructor at LIC YMCA.

Taoist Yang Sequence
Yang yoga is a term used to describe the more dynamic and active forms of yoga. Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, and Vinyasa yoga are specific styles that could be included as a yang practice. Yang yoga poses often emphasize strength and endurance. They are active, powerful, and generate heat in the body.
There are three main Taoist yang sequences:
1. The Golden Seed
2. Warrior advances and retreats
3. The flying Dragon
Warrior Advances & Retreats
The warrior sequences strengthen the legs and lower spine. Alternating upright and horizontal spinal posture exercises muscles of the lower back through their full functional range. Bending the legs and alternating direction train the muscles with both shortening and lengthening contractions. The sequence stimulates both sides of the brains hemisphere due to the coordination required between arms and legs reaching and stretching in opposite directions.
The flying dragon stimulates the heart as it strengthens the arms and torso. The meridians or chi channels of the heart and lungs are located within the arms. It also rotates the spine through its full functional range. The alternating movements create deeper expansions and compressions of the lungs

Hi. When I do the moves, I cannot do it with one inhale and ine exhale. It sometimes takes 2 of them. Otherwise I ran out of breath. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? Thx
