In this video I'll show you how to replace the mode door actuator in a 2014 Chevy Equinox. (I said 2015 in the video, but I realized later its a 2014) and I'll take it apart at the end to show you what went wrong with it. I was hearing a clicking sound shortly after starting the car and when changing A/C vent modes (dash vent mode specifically). Because I had an actuator go out in a previous vehicle, I knew the sound had to be an actuator.
