I think you got the wrong place buddy, come do training pt free and lets see what happened to you when you train years ago is it the same place or get mixed with other place 🫡
I did a private training there, the worst training I've done in my life. Arrogant and obnoxious personal trainer, horrible behavior. Never returning here. Never. But that was a couple of years ago.
What you guys think about Black Belts who have their own gym who never competed? Serious question, one example would be Eric Ramey from 10th planet
i like this way of doing it.. if you want it prove it! and work for it! lots of people get upper belts and don’t even look at competition but it’s the only way to truly show your skill set and level.
